Facebook Q&A
July 19, 2017

Greetings and good afternoon, my friends. It’s freakin’ hot outside. That’s why I’m inside. I have so many things that I need to do, but of course, I’m not. It’s a procrastinating kind of day and not all the puppies are barking. I don’t know what that means exactly, but I just heard Brent say it on the SMF Cyberspace podcast, an excellent listen to be sure, and I had to use it. Thank you Brent!

As for now, it’s time to do some Q&A. These are some questions that showed up on my time-line on Facebook that I found interesting. Well, a couple of them are downright weird as hell, but whatever. The people on Facebook asked and now, I’m going to answer. After all, that’s what I do. And I’m getting distracted way too easily here by the comments of the SMF folks. Let’s just get on with this, shall we?

If time and money were not an issue, where would you go?

I think, if money and time were not any kind of issue at all, I think two trips would be in order. First off, I’d hook up with my friend Bryan and we’d be headed to Europe to pretty much visit all of the historical spots for World War II. That would be amazing to do. And then, back here to the United States and a trip across the country to visit all my internet, Facebook and MySpace friends. All of these people I’ve spoken to and gotten to know via the worlds of social media and the internet, but not in real world life. We all have so much in common and it would be great to see these people in the flesh. It’d be break out the couches and let’s chill in person for a few days people because here I come.

If you could join any WWE stable in history, which one would you join?

Well, the greatest wrestling clique of all time, The Horsemen, is not technically a WWE stable so I can’t pick them. So how about Evolution. Be a partner and team mate of Flair, HHH, Batista and Orton. I think, so far as wrestling goes, that’s pretty good company to be in. I could enjoy that spot.

What’s your favorite Eminem song?

That’s like asking someone who is your favorite child or favorite pet. Eminem has so many awesome songs that are all special and amazing in their own ways, can anyone pick just one? I think my current favorite, this week anyhow, is “I Need A Doctor” w/ Skylar Gray.

So if you were magically transported to a fantasy/scifi/comicbook/ of your choice where would you live?

My first choice was the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but with all of the death and vampires running around, I’d be dead within a week. Maybe the world of Marvel Comics, but only if I was a mutant or enhanced being so I could have kick-ass powers and have an awesome life. This should be an easy question to answer, but most of the shows and comics I like are not really places where a person would want to be and live happily ever after. How about the world of the “Drew Carey Show”, where all they do is hang out and drink beer. That would be awesome!

Marvel or DC?

So far as comics goes, I’m definitely a Marvel guy. DC had a few good characters, but Marvel had the better characters and stories, more often than not. Marvel also has the best movies so far with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. DC finally seems to be getting on track with the Wonder Woman movie, but for the most part, aside from the Batman movies, DC movies are a mess. And on the other extreme, DC has the best TV shows with the “Arrowverse”, while Marvel… I forget what I was going to say. I was listening to Brent and his friends talk about dicks and got distracted. I love the Marvel shows on Netflix, but the Marvel shows so far on the network TV, like “Agents of SHIELD” and “Agent Peggy Carter” just don’t do it for me.

Deadpool vs Lobo. Fight to the death. Who do you think would win and why?

Deadpool is awesome, but Lobo is Lobo. And Lobo would kick Deadpool’s ass in the final reel and walk out, smoking a cigar and drinking a beer.

Describe the United States of America with a movie title.

How about “Bigger, Longer and Uncut”… ? After all, whatever problems that America may have, it’s Canada’s fault. Blame Canada (and Saddam Hussein). ‘Nuff said!

Do insurance companies and fertility doctors tell people that they have to try the turkey baster thing with a random friend (the man is sterile the woman is not) at home before they will cover them and help them?

This was asked over at the Nameless group and my only response now is the same as my response when I first saw it. “What the… ??” I don’t think that insurance companies actually do that. Well, maybe they do, but do they supply the turkey baster to the couples so they can attempt to fertilize? Inquiring minds want to know.

When you’re ninety years old, what will matter most to you in the world?

Breathing and not peeing on myself.

Who is your favorite female wrestler of ALL time?

Penny Banner and Ann Casey are my two favorites that I’ve spoken to and gotten to know on a personal level. So far as talking and wrestling, it’s a tie between Lisa Marie Varon (Victoria) and Lisa Moretti (Ivory). Those two women are awesome.

And I guess that’s all for now. Thanks for reading. Thoughts and comments are welcome and appreciated. Until the next time, take it easy friends. Take care.

Ubuntu!
