Facebook Q&A
Vegans, Sharia Law and Work Ethic

Some of the questions and comments that a person can find on Facebook are pretty amazing. And some are just weird. Those are the ones that I like. While I’m waiting for the washer to finish running so I can throw clothes into the dryer, this is a great time to do some Facebook Q&A. Let’s just jump right into it, shall we? And away we go…
What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word “Vegan”?
Captain Kirk ordering Mr. Sulu to move to Warp 5 as they head into the “Vegan territory”. After that, it’s a person who denies themselves the pleasure of meat, eggs, and all the good foods to eat grass.
Imagine if you could go into work tomorrow, look your boss dead in the face, and say, “I quit this job so I can breastfeed my boyfriend every two hours”.
I would love to do that. By the way, this is one of those weird questions / statements I mentioned earlier. Actually, with my job and my boss, I don’t think that he would be too surprised or shocked if I did do something like this. He would just ask me who the guy is and if I can still work on the weekends. My manager is pretty open minded (and slightly warped) so it’d all be good and probably just another day at the store.
Name a part of a woman that is usually larger than a mans.
Boobs, butt, hips, lips and insecurities (usually). Also the “psycho-crazy” part of the brain is usually bigger with most women. Guys are generally bigger cry-babies and have bigger egos, but that wasn’t the question. I can’t wait to hear the comments towards my answer here. I am NOT being sexist, but just honest to a fault. It’s not my fault!
Do you believe that the US Constitution should over-rule any issue with “sharia law?”
If you are in the United States, the Constitution is the overall governing and overall piece of legislation and documentation on which all of our laws are based. It definitely over-rules “Sharia Law” and any other kind of religious based or anything else based “laws”. The Constitution sets the standards for our laws and legal system and anything else or any other kind of “law” pales and has no value in comparison.
Where has the American work ethic gone?
Today’s generation doesn’t believe in working for anything but instead have been taught that they should be given everything instead and the world owes them rather than the other way around where we work for what we want and earn things or do without. That used to be the standard, but now, we live in an entitlement society where no one has pride or self respect or dignity. It’s really sad to see and witness. America used to be the greatest country in the world, but now it’s all babies, whining and crying because life isn’t fair and people expect them to work and give rather than just sit on their asses and get hand-outs. Life isn’t fair. No one owes anyone else anything. There are winners and losers and no medals or trophies for participation. If you want something, work for it, earn it and get it on your own. Otherwise, you do without and get over it. ‘Nuff said!
And that’s all for now. Kind of short, but I’m sure I’ve pissed someone off already so my work is done here. Questions, comments and thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Thank you for reading and I’ll catch you later.
