Are you ready for some conversation about the King of Sports? It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.
Favorite WCW wrestler of all time?
When I think of WCW, the names that come to mind that are exclusive WCW talent and never really did anything anywhere else would be Buff Bagwell, Disco Inferno, and The Four Horsemen.
Terry Gordy would’ve been a ⭐ without the Fabulous Freebirds. Yes or no?
Terry Gordy was already in the ring at age 16 and was a physical monster who was a natural at wrestling and took to it like a fish to water. Gordy would have been a star eventually, but hooking up with Michael Hayes and Buddy Roberts just sped up the process. Gordy was just like Bobby Eaton and basically a wrestling savant. He would have made it and done it quite well.
Another tweet by Sabu, this one directed towards Jim Ross after Ross had fallen and gotten banged up. Sabu said, “He’s a a a puss ass fag And a all-around as hole so fuck u Jim Ross hope u die. U fucking dickhead. Cock Eater . two face cunt wwe fuck boy”. Thoughts?
I’m sure that whenever Sabu and Ross cross paths backstage in AEW, it’s a wonderful and touching moment. In today’s politically correct world, how in the hell does Tony Khan think bringing Sabu into AEW is a good thing, but at the same time, they couldn’t bring in Jay Briscoe for tweets made ten years ago and repeatedly apologized for and canceled Brian Kendrick on the day he was supposed to debut for remarks on Twitter, but that wasn’t nearly as bad as these. And the politically correct woken audience that supports AEW is all for it. Hypocrisy rules and Tony Khan and AEW are proving themselves to be just that, nothing but major hypocrites.
Would you be interested in seeing Mauro Ranallo and Jim Ross calling the action on AEW Collision?
That would probably work well and be a good announce team. Just add Aiden English to the mix for color commentary and let Maurio & JR call the action on Collision. Book it, Tony.
If Goldberg was to return for one more match, who should he face?
Bret Hart. Bwah-ha-ha-ha. Just kidding. Give Goldberg a final match and make it a must-see against someone who he would look well against and have a good, fun match and go over before going away forever. How about Wardlow?
Do you personally rank Jeff Hardy as a Top 30 Wrestler of All Time?
I like Jeff, and he is a good wrestler. If we’re talking about the past twenty years, I think that Jeff might have a spot, but of all time? As part of a tag team with his brother, yes, he would be a Top Thirty wrestler, but as a singles wrestler, not really. At least not in my opinion.
I’m trying to get an education since I don’t keep up with wrestling news as much as I should… why is Tessa Blanchard seemingly not WWE material? I feel like she and Charlotte would be on equal ground athletically.
Tessa should be working for one of the main companies. That’s how I feel anyhow. She has the talent and skills and should be wrestling against Charlotte, Bayley, Asuka, or Becky. But the Woken movement and alleged racist comments have come up and she’s being blackballed as a result. Her alleged ego also is said to be a problem, but that has to be taken with a grain of salt. She should be in WWE or AEW and wrestling at the top of the Women’s roster, but until she redeems herself for her alleged behavior and activities, she’s on everyone’s shit list.
MJF versus Al Snow. Who wins?
I’m sure that MJF would greatly appreciate getting some head, and the promos would be great. Al would give a good fight and take MJF to the limit, but MJF would win at the end of the night.
Thoughts on Armando Alejandro Estrada?
A good manager and talker whose career just kind of faltered and vanished once his days in WWE and WWECW were through. I liked his unique delivery when speaking and he did a great job, but rarely gets the credit he deserves. He was used as the General Manager for WWECW but was released not long afterward. Now, he owns and manages a restaurant in Arizona. He’s a strong and unique character and I’d greatly enjoy seeing him make a return.
Trinity Fatu recently commented on her and Sasha Banks walking out of the WWE and the “public humiliation” that she and Sasha went through. Thoughts?
Public humiliation for walking out on the WWE while under contract and in the middle of a live show, plus realizing that no promotion of any major importance wants her, and after over a year of limbo, she ended up at Impact Wrestling. That’s not called public humiliation, but instead, it’s just karma doing its thing.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, let’s wrap things up. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.
