Once upon a time, there was a man named Casper who lived on Twitter and asked lots of great questions. He asked and I would answer, thus Questions By Casper was born. But then one day, he vanished and I had to find another source for my Q&As. Well, Twitter stepped up and now provides me with lots of random questions. It’s not Casper anymore, but it’s still lots of great fun. Now it’s Questions (Not) By Casper. And it all starts right now. Let’s go.
Who is the best boxer of all time?
I’ve got to go with Rocky Balboa. After all, what other boxer has had six movies made about him? George Foreman may name all of his kids George and Roberto Duran made the words “No ‘mas!” infamous, but Rocky is the man. ‘Nuff said!
Would you rather not talk to anyone or talk in depth to 10 people every day for a month?
I’d rather not talk to anyone. Too much conversation wears me out.
WITHOUT GOOGLING
Name something said to be ‘cursed’.
The Role of Defense Against The Dark Arts Professor at Hogwarts. No teacher lasted more than a year. Damn you, Voldemort.
Is white supremacy the #1 threat in America as Joe Biden claims?
Nope. I think stupidity is the #1 threat. Biden is the President. That speaks for itself. ‘Nuff said!
What is that one thing you will never do again?
Drink El Toro Tequila, have relations with a woman, and do disco dancing, shaking my booty.
Are we being kept in the dark about cancer treatment? Do you believe they have the cure for it but will NOT tell us?
If cancer is cured, the medical profession loses billions of dollars a year. Yes, I think there is a cure, but there is no way in hell we’ll ever see it.
Phil Collins or Peter Gabriel?
I have to go with the man who introduced the word Sussudio to the English language, and I still don’t know what it means, the man who can’t dance, Mr. Phil Collins.
Are you ever afraid to go to sleep at night because you’re afraid you might not wake up?
More nights than not, I’m afraid of having to wake up. There have been some bad days, especially in the past three years, and life has had some sucky moments.
Who is your partner in crime?
It used to always be my bro-son, the Infamous One, but unfortunately, the pathways of life have taken their toll, and while we’ll always be, in the words of Jay & Silent Bob, heterosexual life mates, the partnership has seen better days. He’s always my ride & die though. So who does that leave? I’m mostly a solo act these days, but if a situation requires an ally, I don’t have a certain person to go to or call for their assistance. I just look around, see who’s available, and adapt as needed.
When was the last time you sang to yourself?
Just a few minutes ago. Jim Cornette was talking about Tina Turner on his podcast and I found myself, without even realizing it at first, singing the song Private Dancer. And yes, I totally rocked it!
If you were a mad scientist, what experiment would you run?
Following in the footsteps of the legendary Dr. Frank N Furter, I’d do this right here.
Who is your go-to person when you feel like your world is falling apart?
If I’m able, I’d go see my bro-son, the Infamous One. And if he’s not available or more likely, I don’t want to bother or burden him with my drama, I’ll just hold it in and deal with it myself, maybe writing about it in a blog or my crazy book Journal. Or I’ll talk to my cat. He’s a great listener.
What was “The incident” at your high school that you will always remember?
I would say getting molested by the gym teacher, but that was Junior High and not High School. In high school, I guess it was when Wayne was setting off fireworks at lunch and caught the outside trash can on fire. Or another incident dealing with fire, I went back to school after skipping all day to pick up a friend, and my car engine, it was a Volkswagen, caught on fire. Someone had to grab a fire extinguisher from the Auto Mechanics class to put the flames out.
Where would you go if your trip was completely PAID for?
Right now, it’s been up to CT at first to see Brent & his family, with a side trip to New York to see Russ, and then a quick trip overseas to the UK to see my former coworkers from Wrestle-Zone.co.UK.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, let’s go over like Rover and give it a rest. I’ll see you next time. Take care.
