You ask the questions and I supply the answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

Between The Road Warriors/LOD & Demolition, which team’s look did you like better & which team’s in-ring work did you enjoy more?

For both of those questions, I have to go with Animal and Hawk, the Road Warriors. I was a big NWA fan and watched the Road Warriors progress and grow from Day One and when Demolition debuted, I thought of them as nothing but Road Warrior wannabes. I was wrong, of course, and later became a big fan of Demolition, especially once I realized who they were. I was a huge fan of Bill Eadie as the Masked Superstar and once I made the connection, I was hooked on Ax, Smash, and Crush. But the Road Warriors were first and did it the best so let’s go with them.

Braun Strowman is out of wrestling and recently had neck fusion surgery. Thoughts about the Monster Among Men?

A big man who I enjoyed as part of the Wyatt Family, this is bad news. He’s not one of my favorites, but he had some good points too and I was enjoying the tag team with Ricochet. Best of luck with a speedy and painless recovery for Braun.

Do you think Pat McAfee, who just signed an 85-million-dollar deal with ESPN, will be back in WWE as either an announcer or wrestler any time soon? If so, as a wrestler, who would you like to see him fight?

He’ll find a way to work WWE into his schedule and he’ll be back. He’s hooked and it’s in his system now. As for who he should wrestle, I’d like to see Pat versus Corey Graves in a Battle of the Announcers. Now that Cory has been medically cleared to wrestle, this would be an entertaining feud to see.

Thoughts on Pistol Pez Whatley?

An entertaining character and talented mid-card wrestler who was extremely under-rated in that squared circle. My main memories of Pez were when he turned on Jimmy Valiant and became part of Paul Jones’ Army, changing his name to Shaska Whatley at the time too. After that ran its course, he kind of vanished again before showing up on TBS and working as a jobber. He deserved better and I think the general racism of the time held him back quite a bit. But still, a good wrestler and an unforgettable character to be sure.

Sherri Martel, Luna Vachon & Madusa versus Charlotte Flair, Bayley & Becky Lynch. Who wins?

As good as the current WWE stars are, I would never bet against Sherri or Luna. Sherri, Luna, and Madusa win.

I swear Moxley bleeds on 90% of his matches. Why? What’s the point?

He’s addicted to the thrill. That has to be the only reason I can think of. A little blood can add to a match if used sparingly, but Moxley looks at a camera and he’ll start bleeding. It used to mean something, but now, it doesn’t mean a damn thing. Either Tony or Renee needs to talk to Moxley and talk some sense into him about the constant blading. It just isn’t right or safe.

Nia Jax recently said that she’s open to signing with AEW. Thoughts?

I thought Nia had signed back up with WWE after the appearance at the Royal Rumble, but I guess that didn’t happen. AEW would be a good move for Nia if they make an offer. She can’t really hurt anyone because the Women’s Roster spends more time hurting themselves and any injuries that she causes wouldn’t stand out or be an issue. Just another day at the office. And she does have some name recognition so maybe Tony will give her a chance. We’ll just have to wait and see.

If you could pick anyone to be AEW World Heavyweight Championship, who would it be?

To take the belt off of MJF, I think Punk should be the guy. But if it’s just anyone on the roster to be AEW Champion at some point down the road, I’d like to see what either Wardlow or Christian could do as the champion.

Do you think the present is the best wrestling has ever been or was there a point in history where wrestling overall was better than today? I mean all, not just WWE cause I know someone will bring up the Attitude Era.

For stories and characters, the best in my opinion was the 80s and early 90s, leading up to the Monday Night Wars and Attitude Era. For the in-ring matches, for WWE anyway, the best time is now. Different eras were better at different things.

Fantasy Match Up-Macho King Randy Savage with Queen Sherri vs. King Booker with Queen Sharmel and who was your favorite King of WWE history for me it has to be Randy Savage with Owen Hart a close second.

If the Macho King is fighting King Booker, then Savage would be the one to take the win and crown, if you will. And my favorite WWE King of the Ring? I have to go with the first and the best, Mr. Harley Race.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, let’s wrap it up for the night. The sun is coming up and I need to go to bed. Take care and stay well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.
