Once upon a time, there was a man named Casper who lived on Twitter and asked lots of great questions. He asked and I would answer, thus Questions By Casper was born. But then one day, he vanished and I had to find another source for my Q&As. Well, Twitter stepped up and now provides me with lots of random questions. It’s not Casper anymore, but it’s still lots of great fun. Now it’s Questions (Not) By Casper. And it all starts right now. Let’s go.

Should calling for politicians to be tried for treason be considered hate speech?

How is it hate speech? Politicians are lying to us, stealing our money, and destroying our nation. They are committing treason against our nation and calling them out is not hate speech at all. It’s called Truth!

What fictional band from a movie or tv show do you wish was real?

I was going to say the band, The Commitments, from the movie, The Commitments, but they got together and went on tour, releasing two albums after the movie was made so they’re not fictional anymore. So, The Archies?

What is your favorite restaurant to get ice cream?

Is there even any place anymore that specializes in ice cream? There used to be a small place uptown called Subs & Cream that did ice cream and I went there a few times when I was younger. I guess I’ll go with them.

Barack Obama isn’t available, the greatest public speaker of all time?

Barack Obama was not the greatest speaker of all time. He was great at telling lies and bullshitting the American people, but he wasn’t the best. Not even in the Top 10 in my opinion. The greatest? If we’re talking politicians, then Ronald Reagan. And if we’re talking about people in other fields who could just make anything sound good, let’s go with Bruce from Family Guy. Yes, I went there. Oh no!

How far are you willing to go to achieve your dreams?

As far as I need to so long as I don’t have to deal with crowds, people, or traveling. That’s why the internet is perfect for me.

Refer to your pet as a roommate, and tell us something your “Roommate” does.

Well, I have three very special roommates. And what one of them, Mouthie, likes to do is sometimes approach one of my other roommates, Sparky, and just randomly smack him across the head for no reason sometimes. He’ll just walk up to him, stand there for a moment, and then smack the hell out of him before walking away. Yeah, Mouthie can be an asshole and a bully sometimes.

What is the best movie you’ve ever seen that is about friendship?

Any of the Kevin Smith movies. Jay & Silent Bob. ‘Nuff said!

Do you know how to dance? What songs make you want to get up and move?

I don’t dance. I kind of lean against the bar and bob my head a few times. But songs that make me want to shake my bootie? How about this one?

How would you spend your birthday if money was no object?

Maybe a good bottle of liquor, a movie, and some sleep. I don’t do birthdays much anymore.

What’s your favorite cameo in a film?

David Letterman in the movie, Cabin Boy. Also, Waylon Jennings in the Sesame Street movie, Follow That Bird.

Would you rather be born again in the same country or a different one of your choosing?

I’m proud to be an American and I love my country. I despise our political leaders and many things currently happening in our nation, but I’m still true to the red, white, and blue. Same country.

Do you like Roller Coasters?

I love them. They’re hell on my back and knees now and I can’t ride comfortably, but I’ve always enjoyed them in the past.

Which 90’s hip hop artist made the biggest impact on you? you can’t say Tupac or Biggie.

I wouldn’t say either of them anyhow. I’m not a big fan of rap or hip-hop, but if I have to select an artist that I liked and enjoy, I’d say either Eminem on a national level or maybe Doug E. Fresh & Slick Rick. Yes, they were more 80s than 90s, but after all the Dougie Fresh jokes I’ve had to endure, I have to give the man some credit and love.

Do you still buy hardback books?

Not often, but every so often, if it’s someone that I am interested in or I’m at the Habitat House, I’ll indulge for a little bit. Nothing beats the feel and smell of a real book.

What famous person, living or dead, would you invite to dinner?

Right now, Brad Williams. A dwarf and a cripple, chilling over a few beers and hanging out. It would be awesome! We’d become buds for life.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, let’s close things down for the day. Take care and be well, my friends. I’ll see you at the donut shop.

Ubuntu!
