It’s all about the wrestling. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

Is there a better face champion in the last 3 years than Mox? He is the only one I can think of that doesn’t need to go heel by the end of his run. I’m including Bianca in there as well.

You consider Moxley a face? He attacks before the bell, uses weapons more often than not, doesn’t know a wristlock from a wrist watch, and pours blood in every match. None of those are babyface characteristics. But that being said, you’re pretty much right. There aren’t any strong babyface champions right now that I can think of in AEW or WWE and haven’t been for quite a while. So by default because he does get cheered for his heelish tactics, I guess Mox wins.

Rumors are going around about Bray. How should they bring him back?

Bring him back as the Eater of Worlds with a touch of the cult leader persona for good measure. The Fiend should be reserved for special occasions, much like Balor does The Demon. If Bray is to come back, keep it simple or it won’t work anymore.

Do you think we could see a DIY vs Owens/Zayn tag title match this year since Ciampa is back?

Gargano & Ciampa versus Owens & Zayn. I think that probably has a very strong possibility of happening. Let’s hope so anyhow.

Using any wrestlers from any period, what would be the ultimate Goofy Wrestling For Life Four-way match?

Mantaur versus Danhausen versus Shark Boy versus Friar Ferguson. And for a bonus, the special referee is George Steele.

Sid Vicious versus John Studd. Who wins?

I’d go for the big man on this one. And by big man, I mean Big John Studd.

At AEW Forbidden Door, it’s Sting & Darby Allin & mystery partner vs. Chris Jericho & Sammy Guevara & Minoru Suzuki. Who do you think the mystery partner will be?

Darby gave us a hint when he told Jericho that he’s made a lot of enemies over the years and for some reason, that made me think Goldberg. It’s either him or Ryback and Ryback sucks, so let’s go with Goldberg.

Do you think it’s time for Raquel Rodriguez to turn heel? Her baby-face character is so bland. I think a heel turn would help her character a lot.

She does need to step up her game a little bit and a heel turn might work, but there are so many heels currently in the WWE Women’s Division that I’m afraid that she’d probably just get lost in the crowd. Being a face sets her apart from the rest fo the women. A little spicing up on her promos might help because she does need something though.

Could you see WWE pulling off a Forbidden Door PLE with another wrestling promotion? If so which promotion?

It’s hard to imagine WWE giving that rub and working with any competitior on a PPV event. If they did decide to pull the Forbidden Door card, it would be with NXT or maybe Impact Wrestling, who they’ve worked with before on some small things. I don’t think it will happen though.

Ricky Morton recently said that “selling” is a lost art in today’s wrestling product. Is he right?

He’s not wrong. There are still a few wrestlers who can and do sell moves, injuries, etc., but most of those are experienced veterans who have been around for a while. The majority of the younger talent sell the move for three seconds, then hit their own move and smile at the camera for the fans. It’s crazy.

Val Venis versus Danhausen. Who wins?

Danhausen after a curse that gives Val some major E.D.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, I’m out of here. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
