What are your thoughts on Dominik Mysterio defeating Wes Lee for the NXT North American Championship?

I was glad to see it happen. Dom is getting better every week and putting a title on his will just add to the heat he’s able to generate. It also adds to the credibility of Judgement Day as a group. Wes Lee had a fantastic run as the NXT North American Champion with a record-setting reign as the champ, but now Lee can move on to challenge for the NXT title or else move to the main roster while having Dom, Rhea, and the rest of the Judgement Day on NXT regularly will help draw eyes to that product and increase the ratings. It’s a win all the way around for everyone.

Miss Elizabeth or Trish Stratus?

Of the two, I think I preferred Trish. I liked Liz when she moved to WCW and became part of the Horsemen faction, along with Woman, but the loving, sweet Miss Elizabeth, who just stood there at Randy Savage’s side, did nothing for me.

Would you like to see Nick Aldis in WWE?

I would. He’s a good wrestler, a good talker, and would add to the WWE product, much like a modern-day version of William Regal. He is that good.

Do you think Summerslam should be the finale for The Bloodline’s civil war?

No, I don’t. There is still so much more to the story that is left to be told. What about the Elders of the Family, such as Afa, Sika, Rikishi, etc? Where does The Rock fit in on all of this? What about Solo Sikoa and his feelings toward the Tribal Chief versus his love for his brothers? Will Jimmy seek revenge against Roman and Solo for his injuries? They’ve only scratched the surface and there is much more left to do. Summerslam should not be the finale, but just the start of a new chapter.

Instead of the NXT North American Championship, should Dom have won the 24/7 Championship instead?

The 24/7 Championship has been retired and should remain retired, at least until R-Truth comes back from his injuries. The NXT North American Championship was the right belt for Dom to win.

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens have been tag team champions for over 100 days. Are you enjoying their reign?

It’s been okay so far and they’re defending the belts regularly, but it hasn’t clicked for me so far. There haven’t been any moments that stand out and say, “Hey, look at me!”. So far, it’s just been Sami and Kevin going through the motions. Nothing more.

Rick Steiner has been removed from Wrestlecon. Thoughts?

So let’s get this right. Steiner made some rude remarks to Gisele Shaw at the last Wrestlecon Event. He was asked to apologize and he did, but Shaw decided not to accept the apology. Then Steiner was booked for this upcoming Wrestlecon event, but then the promoters of this event, after getting some complaints from woken snowflake crybabies, asked for yet another apology, and when Steiner declined to do so, decided to rescind the invite and he was removed from the event. My thoughts are that the promoters are spineless worms and aren’t worth a damn. Steiner did what was asked and then, after the fact, they want more apologies. Screw the assholes. They’re gutless cowards scared to hurt someone’s feelings. Idiots!

The Ultimate Warrior isn’t available, who is Hulk Hogan’s greatest rival?

I wouldn’t consider Warrior as one of Hogan’s biggest rivals anyhow. For me, it has to be Roddy Piper in that role. No one else even comes close.

FTR or The Brainbusters (in their prime)?

As much as I love FTR, this one goes to Arn and Tully, as it should.

What’s your honest opinion on CM Punk?

A great talker. A decent wrestler. And a man who knows how to push the buttons and gets a great reaction every time he picks up a mic or steps into the ring. Punk is a stubborn dude who marches to his own beat, but he’s strong in his opinions and willing to fight for what he feels is right. He comes across as a bit of an asshole at times, but he knows the business, can draw the fans, and is arguably one of the best characters of all time.
