It’s time to play catch-up and talk about wrestling. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

Given the results of SummerSlam last night. Do you see Roman vs Solo in the future? Possibly as a Royal Rumble title match?

At some point down the road, it has to happen. It probably won’t be for a while though.

Do you think it’s getting a bit boring now with how Reigns is retaining the title (either interference or cheating) can you see this falling into HHH’s reign of terror territory?

It’s getting a bit old, but Roman is a heel and that’s what heels do, win by any means necessary. I do think he needs to get a clean win every so often, but I don’t have any major objections so long as in the end, it backfires and Roman gets what’s coming to him. Whoever is the person to finally take the titles off of Roman will be a made man for the rest of their WWE career.

In the SummerSlam main event did WWE make the right choice in the Tribal Combat match with Jimmy screwing Jey or would it have been better for it to have had a Dusty Finish?

I’d like to have seen a different finish, but WWE and Triple H know what they’re doing and the story continues. We’re just along for the ride, wondering what will happen next.

What dangerous weapon will Kenny feud with next? First, it was the bell hammer with Death Triangle, then the screwdriver with BCC. My money is on a sickle.

What will be the next tool to take Omega out for a bit? A sickle sounds good, but unless it’s a Russian Sickle by Nikita Koloff, it would be kind of anti-climactic. I’d like to see someone lay him out with a loaded Tennis Racket. Hmmm. I wonder who owns one of those and would be willing to lay him out? I wonder lol.

Given to topic of AEW Women’s division, should there be 2 women’s matches on Dynamite & Collision to showcase more of the division or at least place their matches at the 3/4 mark of each show?

For the AEWs Women’s Division to prosper, get rid of the women who can’t work or at least send them back to a qualified trainer who can help them improve their in-ring ability and matches before allowing them back on TV. And for the three women left, create storylines that make sense, that draw fans, and book women’s matches when it’s appropriate. Showcase the women that deserve it and can work and give the others the boot until they get better. Yes, it is that simple.

What’s next for Cody now that he’s done with Brock Lesnar? Who would you like to see him have a program with?

Now that Brock has wandered off into the sunset, it looks as if Cody & Seth will be going at it again. That’s okay for a quick transition feud, but I’d like to see Cody take on The Miz a few times, maybe Dolph Ziggler, and then how about a long feud leading up to the rematch with Roman against Bobby Lashley? He’s due back soon and needs someone top-notch to feud with so Lashley and the new Hurt Business versus Cody. Works for me.

Who will dethrone Jack Perry for the FTW title? I think Danhausen could but I would love to see what you think.

Danhausen would be fun to see make an appearance or two, but I have no desire to see him wrestle. Just pop up, be weird, and go away. But how about Jack Perry versus Kip Sabian? Or maybe Griff Garrison if he ever gets over his injuries. Works for me.

Who in AEW do you feel is set up to potentially take the trio titles from House of Black?

Well, the House of Black is scheduled to face CM Punk and FTR in a Trios Title Defense this upcoming Saturday night on Collision, so that’s one team that could do it. If not them, I’d like to see The Kingdom, Maria Kanellis, along with Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett, find a third man to form a six-man Trios team and challenge for the titles. Dalton Castle and The Boys could give them a few good matches as well.

On a scale of 1-10, how excited are you for All In so far?

Probably around a 4-5. Only a couple of matches have been announced so far and you know that when it’s all said and done, it’ll be a cluster of between 10-15 matches, run six hours long, and half of the wrestlers involved will be unknown to the average wrestling fan and have no build or reason for being there besides Tony Khan’s fantasy booking. My interest will probably pick up as we get closer to the event and the card takes shape, but right now, it’s just another date marked on the calendar for PPV predictions and not much more.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, take care and be well, my friends. I’ll see you at the matches.
