Are you ready? I said, ARE YOU READY? It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

On Raw, The Miz said that LA Knight is a flavor of the month that the fans will love for 5 months and then get tired of. He also said that LA Knight’s an Attitude Era fanboy playing cosplay in his ring….Yikes! Do you agree with the Miz?

Wrestling fans are the most fickle fans in the world and yes, every word that Miz said was true. If WWE doesn’t move with Knight soon, the fans will move on and find another darling. That’s just the way wrestling works.

Thoughts on “The Doctor of Style” Slick?

The son of Rufus R. “Freight Train” Jones, Slick was one of those guys who was bordering on being a top manager, but never quite made it. He had a unique look and character, but aside from just being there, did he ever really do anything special that stands out? Not that I can recall. It’s a shame because from all I’ve ever heard, he’s a nice guy and he had the tools to be one of the best. That being said, it was WWE in the 80sand they wanted cartoon characters, not wrestlers. Too bad because Slick had a lot of potential that he was never allowed to reach.

Kurt Angle recently spoke about DX in his podcast and said that he wanted to be a part of the DX Faction. Would it have worked, having Kurt Angleas as part of DX?

Having Kurt Angle as a degenerate? That would be like serving milk at an open bar in downtown Detroit. It would never work.

The WWE sale to Endeavor is supposed to close and be final next month. What changes do you think this will bring to WWE?

I think we’ll see some cuts on the roster and some belt-tightening taking place. Probably some cross-promotion between WWE and UFC as well. I don’t think we’ll see any major changes for a while as Endeavor feels things out and takes control, but they are coming. What they will be though, I have no idea.

Who is BETTER? Arn Anderson or Beautiful Bobby Eaton?

This is like comparing red apples and green apples. It depends on what you’re looking for and like. Arn is the better promo guy by far, while Bobby was the better performer in the ring. Both are legends and among the best at what they do.

Has Claudio Castagnoli been mishandled by Tony Khan?

I won’t say mishandled, but in the WWE, he was a unique character who stood out from the crowd and had some great matches and moments. In AEW, he’s just another face in the crowd, and everything that made him unique, it’s gone. WWE didn’t use him well enough and he deserved far more than he got, but compared to how AEW is using him? He may be wearing ROH gold, but he’s just there. Nothing else.

How would you rate Wardlow’s run in AEW?

AEW had a breakout star but dropped the ball. I don’t know what they’re thinking over there. Wardlow was on top of the world and then cast away when Tony got tired of him and wanted some new toys. It sucks!

Superstar Billy Graham and Hulk Hogan. In their prime, who would win the match?

Hogan was the hero of his era, but Superstar Billy Graham was the original. Graham wins.

Triple threat: Blackjack Mulligan, Stan Hansen, Wahoo McDaniel. Who you got?

Of the three, I’d go with Wahoo. He’s the babyface, while Stan and Blackjack would turn on each other and take themselves out of the equation.

Why is AEW doing All In PPV and then another PPV which is All Out the following week?

Who knows? I can’t see this as a good idea, but it’s Tony Khan and AEW so do they need a reason? I don’t get it at all.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap things up. Take care and be well, my friends and don’t piss off Chelsea Green. She’ll call the manager. I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
