It’s catch-up Wednesday with the only wrestling Q&A that matters, the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug and no questions are off-limits. Just be ready for the truth, as I see it anyhow. Are you ready? Let’s go.

Besides Butcher and the Blade, are there any other tag teams in AEW who you think are worthy of more TV time?

Butcher and the Blade? Really? I would say The Gunns, The Acclaimed, and maybe Powerhouse Hobbs & Aaron Solow.

While we aren’t sure if Edge is AEW bound, if he is, what are the first 3 programs you’d put him in?

I’d have something with Christian to start, then Sammy Guevera and Sting after that.

Which four underutilization women in WWE would you use to make the all-female version of DX?

How about Carmella, Nikki Cross, Jacy Jayne & Ava Raine? One big name, a mid-card name, and two NXT stars on the rise. Sounds good to me.

What underutilized AEW wrestler would you want to make a surprise return at all in!?

I would say Miro would be my favorite option, followed closely by Scorpio Sky.

What if: Say they bring The Rock back for WM 40. He takes on Roman Reigns and loses. But afterward, Damien Priest comes out of nowhere and cashes in successfully. Thoughts?

Sounds good to me. Book it, Triple H.

Owen Hart & Yokozuna versus The Road Warriors. Who wins?

Damn, this would be an awesome match. Imagine Animal trying to press Yoko? Nah, that would never happen. It would still be a bomb match. The Road Warriors should win.

Who would you put on the AWA Mount Rushmore?

Verne Gagne, Nick Bockwinkel, Larry Zbyszko, and Billy Robinson.

Thoughts on Dalton Castle and The Boys?

Dalton is a very underrated talent who could easily be a top guy for AEW or WWE if given the chance. The best way to describe Castle is a walking, human peacock. He’s a good wrestler, a great character, and is just waiting for his opportunity to find his place and break that glass ceiling.

Is it time for Jim Ross to retire from being an announcer?

For being a full-time announcer, I would say yes. Ross is getting older and should be saved for the big matches and special occasions. Ross is a legend, but at this point, less is more. Ross is a special attraction and AEW is very lucky to have him. Treat him and use him as such.

Kronik (Brian Adams & Bryan Clark) versus The Young Bucks. Who wins?

It’s all about Kronik, period. Clark and Adams win and take out the Buckereoos, as they should.
