The Undertaker or Sting?

A tough call, but not really. I’m a WCW guy from Day One, but for this match, my money would be on the Dead Man 100%.

What if Big Show had a chance to get in the ring with Andre the Giant?

That would be a big man match with lots of man meat slapping around. And Andre, if we’re talking about in his prime, would win.

Given the seemingly constant barrage of reported issues with CM Punk, do you see AEW re-signing him whenever his contract is up?

I don’t think it’s going to make it that far. I expect to see Punk quit/get fired before it’s all over and then a lawsuit for the unsafe work environment that AEW has presented towards the former AEW/WWE Champion to follow. The romance is over with Punk and Tony and those damn children are the reasons why.

What’s next for Sting? Had an amazing retirement year, who would you have him go up against in the last part of the year?

To round out 2023 and eventually lead to a final retirement match, I’d like to see Sting end it with Ricky Starks as his final opponent.

Do you think WWE should continue with Uncle Howdy’s story?

A variation of it, to be sure. Let Howdy reveal himself to be Bo Dallas, acknowledge Bray Wyatt, and lead a new “Wyatt Family” faction in Bray’s honor, with Erik Rowan, Braun Strowman, Alexa Bliss, and Curtis Axel, much like AEW has done with the Dark Order to keep Brodie’s memory alive. Works for me.

So where do you see AEW going now with HOOK? Do you think he properly retires the FTW belt and moves up the card or do you see a different direction for him?

Hook should retire the FTW title, go feud with Luchasaurus and Christian, and pursue the TNT Championship. Maybe we could even get Taz choking out Christian as a bonus spot. He needs to be wrestling more often on TV to gain experience and work against top talent to get better. Christian Cage would certainly qualify.

Should Jack Perry challenge CM Punk for the “Real” World Title at All Out?

Perry should be sent to his room for a long time and remain suspended. Punk should be wrestling Ricky Starks at All Out to finish the business they’ve already started.

With MJF beating Adam Cole, who do you think will be MJF’s next opponent?

I think the World Champion, MJF, should settle business with the man calling himself the “Real World Champion”, CM Punk. They work well together, have a history and story that needs to be addressed, and make sense from a logical perspective.

Do you think Tony will ever let CM Punk do another Media Scrum?

As things are now, no, he wouldn’t, nor should he.

The next generation Horseman. Brock Anderson, David Chris Benoit, Brian Pillman Jr., and Hook. Yes or no?

While I can see Brock and Pillman Jr. working together as a team, especially since Brock’s AEW contract expires this month, I don’t see Benoit fitting into the picture. While I’d like to see him redeem his family name, he has not, to my knowledge, been training regularly or working any shows, so would he be capable of keeping up in the ring with the other two second-generation Horsemen? Nope. Hook is an interesting name and he’d fit in with Pillman and Anderson as a faction. As for using the Horsemen name, it’s owned by Arn Anderson and I can’t see him approving the name use, even for his son and the others. The Horsemen’s name is the past and better to let the new faction have an identity of their own. I’d go for Apacolypse if possible. There’s a Horsemen connection, but it’s just different enough to let the younger generation have their own identities.
