It’s a catch-up day and as Snitsky would say, “It’s not my fault!”. Okay, it probably is, but I’ll try and do better in the future. I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s roll!

Money is not an object, but you’re starting a wrestling promotion for national TV. You can have any 5 WWE stars, 5 AEW stars, 5 free agents, 3 Announcers, A Booker, and 5 legends for whatever role you ask. Who are you hiring?

For my five WWE stars, I’d bring in Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, Damian Priest, Asuka, and Bron Breakker. My AEW talents would be Ricky Starks, Christian, Aaron Solow, Sammy Guevera, and Tay Conti. My free agents would be Heath Slater, Matt Cardona, Sammy Love, Nathan Cross, and CM Punk. My announcers would be The Fallen Artist Derk Douglas, Jim Cornette, and Joey Styles. My booker would be one-half of the Atlantic Coast Destruction Crew, Ethan Storm. And my legends would be Baby Doll, Arn Anderson, Dutch Mantell, Lisa Moretti (Ivory), and Larry Zbyszko.

So NXT is going to the CW Network. Thoughts?

This is a big move for NXT and the WWE and should expand their audience by quite a bit. I’m glad to see it and congratulations to the WWE.

So what does this mean for Billy Corgan and the NWA and their potential deal with the CW?

Considering that the WWE usually has a no-compete clause in their TV deals so no other wrestling can be shown on the same network, I think that this means Billy Corgan and the NWA are screwed! We won’t be seeing the National Wrestling Alliance on the CW anytime soon.

So Snitsky did a backstage cameo with the WWE and Chelsea Green. Do you think Snitsky is coming back to WWE?

From what I’ve heard, it was a one-shot and just done as a surprise, but the reaction has allegedly been very favorable and got a tremendous pop. I don’t think we’ll be seeing Snitsky returning full-time to the WWE, but I’d love to see a Snitsky storyline with Chelsea Green. She plays her “Karen” role so well and just imagine Karen being stalked by a character like Snitsky. It would be comedy gold.

Is Logan Paul the greatest celebrity wrestler of all time?

In the ring, he very well may be, but as a whole, my GOAT of Celebrity Wrestlers are either Kevin Federline, just for the heat he managed to get in his few shots with the WWE, or David Arquette, as we’re still talking about him twenty-five years late. Logan Paul is easily the best celebrity-turned-wrestler currently working. But of all time? I’ll go with my two favorites, Federline and Arquette.

Thoughts and opinions on Dirty Dutch Mantell.

A wrestler, manager, commentator, booker, and now a podcaster, Dutch is a man who knows the wrestling business inside and out and literally has done it all. I first remember Dutch doing the color commentary duties for World Wide Wrestling with Rich Landrum and I immediately became a fan. And I’ve been one ever since. Listening to Mantell’s podcast is like sitting in on a conversation between him and cohost James, and it’s always good listening. Dutch is a good storyteller and a definite credit to this business we all know and love. Dutch belongs in the WWE Hall of Fame for sure.

Kevin Nash recently said that he thinks either WWE or AEW should hire and use Enzo Amore. Thoughts?

Enzo will probably never be back in the WWE so that’s not even an option. As for AEW, he would probably fit in well there and could be an asset to the company. Enzo can talk better than most anyone else and an Enzo-MJF promo battle would be off the charts. The only problem with Enzo is he generates as much heat in the locker room as he does in the ring and AEW already has several immature hotheads backstage, so that could be an issue. But if everyone could keep a cool head and behave themselves, Enzo would be a positive step for the company. Just keep him away from Big Bill.

How did you feel about ICP being wrestlers?

The ICP is the Insane Clown Posse for those who don’t know. As for them stepping into the ring and being wrestlers, I remember at the time how odd it felt and it wasn’t quite right, but they held their own and were as good as anyone else on the roster so after my initial hesitation, I didn’t think about it much. Being partnered with The Great Muta & Vampiro hid their inexperience and it worked.

Lucha Tag Team Wrestling Fantasy Showdown: Los Guerreros vs Lucha Brothers. Who you got?

Always go for the team that lies, cheats, and steals. Los Guerreros wins.

Do you think there’s a chance for AEW Women’s Tag Titles? Seems like we are getting a lot of pairs lately. This Mariah May/Toni Storm thing, Julia and Skye potentially, Britt/Hayter. Just have a weird suspicion about it.

Are you sure there aren’t Tag Team Titles for the women in AEW already? There are so many titles there, between AEW, ROH, AAA, CMLL, New Japan, and Taz’s FTW belt, it’d be easy to overlook and forget about a title or two. AEW Women’s Tag Team Titles? I hope not. They don’t need them and it would just be more clutter and confusion in my opinion. So is there a chance? In AEW, most definitely.
