Do you think Jimmy Garvin wore a wig later in his career or did he go from having a mane of hair like that to shaving it off bald that fast?

I think Jimmy, while younger, had a great head of hair, but then, as he got older, it started to thin out and vanish. It happens to a lot of us older fellows. It’s called genetics, and it’s not his fault!

What are your current thoughts on Ricky Starks?

A talented guy with a lot of charisma and good wrestling skills. He’s getting the push right now as part of the tag team with Big Bill and I expect that he’s got a big future ahead of him barring serious injury. Starks is going to go places and be a big star one day. Believe that!

AEW stars are talking about “restoring the feeling”. AEW trademarks “got the feeling.” What exactly is or was “the feeling.. “ for you?

When AEW first began, the feeling was a lot of talented young men and women getting their break and a show with an aura of freshness and excitement. And now, the feeling is a boring match full of spots for the sake of having spots with no purpose or characters. Just meaningless matches.

Roddy Piper versus Bruiser Brody. Who wins?

There won’t be a clean finish in this one, but Piper would get the win, via a DQ or count-out.

The Wrestling Observer reports that TNA Wrestling has “earmarked a large sum of money” to spend on a huge free agent they plan to bring to the company next year. Who do you think this “free agent” is?

With all of the recently released WWE stars that ended their no-compete phase as of yesterday, I’m thinking of Dolph Ziggler, Elias, or Mustafa Ali. Any of those names would qualify as a huge free agent and would work well in TNA.

Sabu & The Milwaukee Mauler versus The Sheik & Abdullah the Butcher. Who wins?

The proteges versus the teachers. This would be a match of chaos, blood, confusion, and utter insanity. And teachers, while older and slower, would show why they’re recognized as legends in this business. Shiek and Abby win.

What if The Devil isn’t a currently known wrestler? What if this is just a new character called “The Devil”?

I think that would go over about as well as Vince McMahon showing up at Ole Anderson’s house with a twelve-pack of Bud Light and a tape of the infamous Black Saturday tape of WCW Saturday Night, wanting to hang out and chill. But it would be funny and I’d pop. I admit it! I’d pop big time.

Ole Anderson w/ Gene Anderson versus Fritz Von Erich. Who wins?

Fritz would get the claw on Ole, then Gene would interfere and we’d end up with a DQ finish and an Anderson-style beatdown on Fritz. Then Waldo Von Erich would come from the back to help his “brother” and it’d be a total brawl that security and other wrestlers would have to break up. Then we’d have a Von Erich versus Anderson Brothers feud that would last for at least ten months with multiple matches, several tag team title switches, and plenty of craziness all across the territory.

Rumors are circulating that Marvel’s top choice to replace Jonathan Majors as Kang in the MCU movies is Cody Rhodes. Thoughts?

I’m not sure that, given his WWE schedule, Cody would have the time to take such a role in a major movie, but I’d love to see it. Cody Rhodes as part of the MCU would be great.

Who do you see as being the top 2 women’s title matches at WM?

Rhea Ripley defending her Women’s Championship against Becky Lynch and a triple-threat match with Iyo Sky defending her title against Bianca Belair and Bayley.
