It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood and the sun has finally come out to warm everything up. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. So are you ready? Let’s roll.

Seth Rollins is scheduled for RAW on Monday night to address his injuries and future. What do you think he will say?

What I’m hoping for is that he notes just how often Roman Rreigns goes between title defenses and says that even though he’s better than that, thus planting the seeds for an eventual story with Roman, he’s not giving up his title. He’s staying as Champion and will see us at Wrestlemania. That’s what I hope he’ll say. What I expect is that he’s vacating the title and it will be on the line for the winner of the Royal Rumble match.

If Seth Rollins has to vacate the WWE World title, then doesn’t the Royal Rumble need to be to crown a new champion?

See my answer to the previous question. Just as they did in 1992, the Rumble match needs to be for the vacated WWE World Championship.

Darby Allin Says He ‘Almost Broke His Neck’ At AEW Dynamite Homecoming. Thoughts?

That move was careless and dumb. He was tossed by Powerhouse Hobbs and Konosuke Takeshita across the ring, did a spinning move, and whiplashed his head on the bottom rope. Just a reckless spot in every sense of the word and Darby almost paid the price as a result. Very sad!

Who’s better, Ultimate Warrior or Roman Reigns?

Is this really even a question? Warrior was blown up by his entrance, worked stiff, and often hurt his opponents for real, and his best move was shaking the ropes. Roman, on the other hand, is at the top of his game and arguably one of the best wrestlers in the world today. I don’t even need to elaborate any further. It’s Roman.

Are you related to a well-known wrestler? Tell me your story!

By actual blood, I’m not related to any wrestler that I’m aware of, although admittingly, I have been on an intimate level with several prominent names, some of whom I’m sure you’ve heard of. I don’t kiss and tell though so no names will be revealed. But back to the question. Even though we’re not blood related, I do consider The Phoenix, Michael Youngblood, as my “little brother”. I’ve known him since he was probably 8 years old and we’ve been through so much together over the years, he’s my brother, period! I love the guy and have watched him grow and prosper, as a wrestler in WWF, TNA, Puerto Rico, Japan, etc., and as a great person/human being. So yes, I have a brother who happens to wrestle. Maybe there’s no blood, but we’re still brothers in every way that matters.

Remember Sapphire? Does she belong in the WWE Hall of Fame?

I do remember Sapphire. An older black woman dancing around in yellow polka dots with Dusty Rhodes is hard to forget. Juanita Wright worked as a referee and wrestler in the St. Louis area under the name of Princess Dark Cloud. She even wrestled a bear once, and the most amazing thing to me is that she didn’t even start wrestling until she was 42 years old. I could see Sapphire being inducted at some point under the Legacy category, but I doubt it will happen. She passed away in 1996 and if it hasn’t happened by now, I really don’t think it ever will.

Dutch Mantell & Jim Cornette versus Ric Flair & Vince Russo in a shoot-fight in an alley behind the arena. Who wins?

At this point and time, I think both Flair and Dutch would be winded after about two minutes and just say, “Screw it!”, and leave to go get a beer. As for Corny and Russo, Russo is probably in better shape, but Corny has emotions and that drive/desire to destroy Russo and piss on his grave. Corny would whip out the tennis racket and stomp a mudhole in Russo’s ass. Corny and Dutch win.

Rap Battle: R-Truth versus John Cena. Who wins?

It was the rapping backstage that got Cena his big break and helped propel him into the superstar we all know and love. But that being said, I don’t think Truth would take any mercy on his childhood hero, John Cena, and would show him what’s up. Truth wins.

The Wrestling Observer reports Bryan Keith has signed a deal with AEW. Whether it’s a full-time or per-show deal isn’t confirmed. Thoughts?

Who is Brian Keith? Wasn’t he the crusty old dude on the TV show Family Affair who looked after Buffy & Jodie and Mrs. Beasley, while being assisted by his Gentleman’s Gentleman, Mr. French? And then later, he played a crusty old Judge in Hardcastle and McCormick. Okay, wrong Brian Keith. He’s dead anyhow and the spelling is different. Bryan Keith is a wrestler who has signed with AEW. I’ve never heard of him nor have I seen him wrestle. So he’s part of AEW now? I guess ROH needs someone to fight Griff Garrison for the opening matches. Good luck to him.

Riho versus Rhea Ripley. Who wins?

Riho is maybe 110 lbs soaking wet and looks like a 12-year-old schoolgirl. And Rhea? She’s Mami and she’s the most dominant woman in WWE in a long time. I don’t think this would be much of a match, either worked or shoot-style. Mami is always on top. Rhea wins.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap things up. Take care and be good, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and crazy Tweeters. I’ll see you at the matches.
