If WWE did an all-ECW Hall of Fame this year, what would your class be?

Paul Heyman, Tommy Dreamer, Shane Douglas, The Sandman, Public Enemy, Raven, Joey Styles, and Francine.

Several years ago, WWE had the Legacy Wing of the WWE HOF but it disappeared. Do you think it ever returns?

I hope it does. There are so many legends and talents from the past that deserve some recognition and tributes and a “Legacy Wing” to honor those talents from days gone by was a great thing.

WWE has removed Brock Lesnar From “Then. Now. Forever. Together.” Signature. Thoughts?

I understand why they’re doing that, to erase any notable ties to the recent Vince lawsuit and scandal. It’s a shame because Brock has been such a huge part of the past twenty years, but I definitely get it.

Would a gimmick like The Midnight Rider, Stagger Lee, or Charlie Brown from Outta Town work in today’s wrestling?

In a serious role contending for top titles, I don’t think it would work anymore. If used as a comedy bit, such as R-Truth pretending to be K-Kwik under a mask to get into Judgment Day, that would work just because of the character involved. I think it would be a hard sell for most wrestlers and storylines, but it would depend on the situation and the wrestler trying to get the masked character over.

With the TKO takeover, do you think WWE will move away from the PG-rated shows?

For the move to Netflix, I think they will move at least up to TV-14 and cut loose a little bit more. For the NXT show on the CW and Smackdown on USA, maybe not quite as much. But I do think that TKO will push for a little more edge to the product from time to time.

Vice News just dropped a previously unreleased statement from Ashley Massaro about Vince McMahon and his treatment of her and other WWE Divas. Have you seen it? Thoughts?

It just proves what we already knew. Vince McMahon was a sleaze. Does this surprise anyone? I doubt it. I did see it and read the statement. Essentially, the Vince we saw on television and the Vince he was in real life weren’t all that different. No surprises there.

So Dominik Mysterio wins the Elimination Chamber, wrestles Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania XL, and wins the World Championship. Yes or no?

I would love to see it happen and it would generate some heat and one hell of a pop. That’s a fact. But Dom isn’t ready to be World Champion yet and it won’t happen like that. It just would be awesome if it did.

Which broadcast team was better? Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby Heenan or Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler?

As much as I personally prefer Gorilla and The Brain, I think the length of time they were together and the era from which they worked would give the edge to JR and The King. They’re not my picks, but for the majority of fans and the product they put out, they’d be the most obvious pick.

Bob Backlund versus Mr. Wrestling II. Who wins?

This would be an epic match with two all-time greats. It’s a tough call, but I have to go with Mr. Backlund on this one. He was a wrestling machine.

If you could fantasy book an Elimination Chamber match of six women, from any era or generation, to determine a challenger for Rhea Ripley and her championship, who would the women be and who would win the match?

My six women competing in the Elimination Chamber for a chance to fight Rhea Ripley would be Madusa, Sherri Martel, Ivory, Charlotte Flair, Ann Casey, and Chyna. Ann wrestled in the ’70s, while Madusa and Sherri were more ’80s. Ivory was from the Attitude Era, as was Chyna. And Charlotte is one of the top stars of today. I think Madusa would come out as the winner for this one. And when Madusa fights Rhea, once again Mami stays on top.
