It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I can’t sleep and I’m doing laundry, so what better time to answer a few wrestling questions than right now? Let’s roll.

Should Bron Breakker be renamed Bron Steiner when he moves to the main roster?

As of this past Friday, Breakker is officially a part of the main roster and WWE hasn’t changed his name yet, so at least for the foreseeable future, it seems as if he’ll continue to be Breakker. But somewhere down the line, I could see them making the change. At least I hope that they do.

Roddy Piper versus Gino Hernandez. Who wins?

The Rowdy One versus The Handsome Halfbreed. This match would be off the charts and so much fun to see with both men trying to out-heel each other. I think Piper would be the one to get the win at the end and take that trip to the pay window.

Would you put HHH on your Mt Rushmore of Wrestling?

My own personal Mt. Rushmore? No, I would not. He’s a good wrestler and great character and would probably make my Top 25 of all time, but I’ve been a fan for a long time, over fifty years, and seen so many great ones, Hunter doesn’t make my Top Four and I doubt he ever would.

WWE just released Matt Camp, host of The Bump. Thoughts?

I rarely watched The Bump unless certain wrestlers were on there, but I have seen Camp and he’s an entertaining guy. I haven’t heard the reason as of yet for Camp’s release, but it is a big surprise. Hopefully, he’ll move on to something else and do well.

Are you hyped for Mercedes Mone’s upcoming AEW debut?

Not in the slightest. The bloom is off the rose and I’ve seen AEW fumble with so many “big debuts” over the past few years, that it’s hard to get worked up and excited. I hope she does well and can be the needle mover that AEW needs, but I’m just not feeling it.

With the sheer amount of jobs Tony Khan does in AEW & ROH, do you feel that signing someone like Scott D’amore would help ease the load so to speak?

Tony is well on his way to burnout and it’s obvious to everyone but Tony. A person like Scott D’Amore would be a great hire to help out and take some of the load off Tony’s shoulders. Let’s just hope that Tony realizes this before it’s too late.

Torrie Wilson or Tiffany Stratton?

Torrie was a beautiful woman and is a WWE Hall of Famer, but she was never a great wrestler, taking only the most basic of bumps and doing the most simple of moves. Stratton is good and getting better every time she steps into the ring. I’d have to go with Stratton on this one.

What happens to the AEW women’s roster and morale if they don’t push Mercedes Mone and she’s just another women’s wrestler who doesn’t get TV time?

It remains stale and a disappointment, just as it is right now.

Ilja Dragunov was the last man to defeat Gunther for the UK version of the NXT Championship. Do you reckon WWE will run it back once Ilja joins the main roster to have him defeat Gunther for the Intercontinental title?

I don’t know if WWE will do this or not, but it’d be a great match, and draw money, and I’d love to see it happen. Even if it’s not for the Intercontinental Championship, a feud between Dragunov and Gunther on the main roster is a no-brainer to me. I hope we get to see it happen.

King Kong Bundy versus Tyrus. Who wins?

I’m a big fan of Tyrus and even though his wrestling is not the best, he’s a great character and even better human being, in my opinion. That being said, Bundy would crush him with the Avalanche and demand a five-count to get the win. King Kong Bundy wins.
