I’m not feeling it today, but I’m here. I do it for you. Don’t say that I don’t love you. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m your guiding light, Doug. Let’s roll.

If the Rock is going to cost Roman the title (leading to their WM41 match), which method would you prefer? 1) Convinces the Bloodline not to interfere saying that a true Tribal Chief should be able to handle this himself. 2) Gets physically involved in the match.

If those are the options, I’ll go with the first one where the Rock intercedes and tells Jimmy Uso & Solo to back off and let Roman do it on his own, while Paul Heyman loses his mind and freaks out watching it happen.

Have promos and segments become more interesting than matches?

It depends on who’s involved in the matches, but, I prefer the promos and character development to the actual matches. I like those too, of course, but I like the process of getting to the matches more than the matches themselves.

At this point, what do you do with Jade Cargill at Wrestlemania? Who does she face and/or how do we get to that match?

If WWE wants Jade at Mania, the process of getting her there is pretty simple. After the Elimination Chamber, let Jade come out on television and simply issue a challenge to whoever she’s to face at Mania. She calls them out and they respond and there you go. As for who I think it should be, I’ll go with Bianca Belair.

Do you think the Rock would have been as popular as he is now if Ahmed Johnson had not gotten injured and stayed in the New Nation of Domination?

The Rock has so much natural charisma, that he would have ended up where he is regardless of Ahmed Johnson’s presence, lack of, or whatever. The Rock just has “it” and he truly is that damn good as an entertainer. So far as Johnson goes, he was just a bump in the road, and while his injuries were an unfortunate thing, all they did was speed up the process.

Do you feel the time is right to split the tag titles again, and if so would Mania be the time to do it, possibly in a multi-team ladder match?

Given that RAW and Smackdown are two separate brands and have two World Championship titles, two Women’s Championships, two mid-card titles, etc., having two tag team titles, one of each brand, makes sense. So yes, split the belts back up to two different titles. And yes, a multi-team ladder match would be a good way to do it.

Who do you see taking the TBS title from Julia Hart? Could it be Thunder Rosa, Willow, or someone else?

I would be looking at Mercedes Mone’ when she makes her debut to be the one to take the title from Ms. Hart. Strap a rocket to the former Sasha Banks and hope that maybe she can make an impact with ratings and fan attendance. I don’t think it would work, but that’s the best option in my opinion.

How long before Jacob Fatu figures into the Bloodline saga? Do you this will keep going till WM41, ending with Rock vs Roman?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Fatu get worked into the story either at Wrestlemania or in the week after to give the Bloodline story a kick in the pants and keep things moving. So far as keeping things going between Rock and Roman, leading to a match at Wrestlemania 41, I can see it happening. It works for me.

It’s that time of the year. Who are your 5 picks for this year’s WWE Hall of Fame?

My five picks would be Ivan Koloff, Bray Wyatt, The Midnight Express & Jim Cornette, Victoria, and Demolition.

Fatal 4-Way Match: Hulk Hogan versus Ric Flair versus Steve Austin versus Triple H. Who wins?

Ric would be there to take the pin and do the honors if you will. And the winner would be Stone Cold Steve Austin. And if you’re down with that, seeing Austin stomp a mudhole in everyone’s ass, give me a HELL YEAH!

Dustin Rhodes on X: “I hear @TheMattCardona wants to wrestle me? #AEWALLIN would be cool!! I would be honored to whoop the Indy God!! I’d bloody him up.” Matt Cardona replied: “Well I was never asked to come back after I teamed with you…”. So Matt Cardona versus Dustin Rhodes at AEW All In? Thoughts?

Cardona versus Dustin? I’d like to see that. Book it, Tony.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. Follow me on Twitter/X at @Doug28352.
