Good morning. I’m your Guiding Light, Doug, and it’s time to peer into the future and attempt to figure out what’s going to happen early tomorrow morning in Perth, Australia, at the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE. It’s running live on the WWE Network and Peacock. Now, let’s make some predictions.

Bobby Lashley vs. Randy Orton vs. LA Knight vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Logan Paul vs. Kevin Owens in an Elimination Chamber Match to Determine Seth Rollins’ opponent at Wrestlemania.

It was so easy before CM Punk got hurt, wasn’t it? Punk was figured to win the chamber match and then go on to fight Seth at Mania and everyone would be happy. But now, Punk is out of action and we have six men where it truly could go in any direction and it couldn’t be considered an upset. All of the guys are worthy. The two most obvious picks are Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre. Randy doesn’t need a title match and Drew has been one of the best things on RAW for a while now. Let’s go with Drew McIntyre for this one.

Winner of the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match: Drew McIntyre

Bianca Belair vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Liv Morgan vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Becky Lynch vs. Naomi in an Elimination Chamber Match to Determine the Opponent for the Raw Women’s Champion at Wrestlemania.

I’m glad to see Raquel back, but she’s not winning this match. Neither is Naomi. Tiffany Straton will get some spots in and look great, but she’s not winning either. So that leaves Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, and Bianca Belair. Bianca is a strong possibility, but she comes across to me these days as a female John Cena and her act is getting stale in my opinion. Also, I think she and Jade might be the plan for Mania so that would leave her out of this one. So it’s Liv or Becky? WWE Management seems to have a strange obsession with Liv and keeps wanting to push her to the moon, but I honestly don’t get it. She’s not that good. We all know how this one ends up. It’ll be The Man versus Mami at Mania. Becky is winning this one.

Winner of the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match: Becky Lynch

Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax.

Just imagine this as Hogan versus Andre, with Nia in the Giant role, while Rhea has the power of the Mami-Maniacs behind her. Rhea is in her home country, in front of her family and friends, and is arguably the hottest woman in WWE right now. Nia has been doing better since her return than I was expecting, but it’s still Nia. Look for a brutal match and Rhea will take a beating, but in the end, she’ll do the big slam on Nia and drop that big leg drop for the 1-2-3. Okay, it’s the Riptide and not the leg drop, but you get the point. Rhea wins and is taking her title to Wrestlemania.

Winner and STILL Raw Women’s Champion: Rhea Ripley

WWE Tag Team Champions The Judgment Day vs. Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate.

This is going to be a fantastic match. I don’t expect we’ll see a title change here, but then again, maybe? I’m just glad that Pete Dunne got his name back. British Strong Style are a damn good team and deserve to be wearing tag team gold. This is why we need two sets of tag belts for the men, one for each brand. What the hell? I’m calling it now. Dom & JD get involved and it backfires. We’re getting new champions.

Winners and NEW WWE Tag Team Champions: Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate

The Grayson Waller Effect featuring Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes.

This smells like a trap and ambush. Seth and Cody are there to talk to Waller and promote Wrestlemania. Grayson Waller is there to host, but so is his partner, Austin Theory. Triple H has stressed that The Rock and Roman will not be at the event, which means that The Rock at least will most likely show up at the event. Paul Heyman has been spotted at Smackdown speaking to Grayson Waller. So picture this. The Rock shows up and causes the distraction. Cody and Seth get ambushed and a beatdown from Waller & Theory, and maybe The Bloodline as well. Hell, we might even get Bronson Reed to be the hired hitman since he’s a native Aussie. Then Damian Priest comes out and since Seth is there, in a wrestling ring, cashes in the Money in the Bank contract. New World Champion: Damian Priest. Does that sound like a plan or what? Works for me.

Kickoff Show Match: WWE Women’s World Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) versus Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae

A good match to get the crowd going and it’s great to see DAMAGE CTRL represented. The women have more matches on the card than the guys do. No one can say that Triple H doesn’t love his ladies. I didn’t even know that Hartwell and LeRae were a team, but I guess I haven’t been paying attention. This should be a fun match but never bet against Asuka. The Kabuki Warriors are keeping the gold.

Winners and STILL WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: The Kabuki Warriors.

And there you go with my predictions for WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth. It’s going to be a fun show, although that early morning start time here in the States kind of has me rattled. I guess I just won’t go to bed Friday night and wait up for it. It should be worth it. Any comments, thoughts, or questions are welcome and appreciated. What are your predictions? Let me know what you think. And with that, let’s wrap it up. I need breakfast. Watch out for the Samoan Spike and I’ll see you at the WWE Elimination Chamber.
