Let’s rock the Q&A. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m your Guiding Light and party host, Doug. Let’s roll.

Night One of Wrestlemania is now official with Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes versus Roman Reigns & The Rock. Thoughts?

It should be a good match and the stipulations, to either have no Bloodline involved in the Cody versus Roman match on Night 2, or go the other extreme, with all Bloodline, make things very interesting. I’m looking forward to this one.

Vince Russo recently stated that Paul Heyman needs to be removed from the Bloodline and currently offers nothing to the package. Is Russo right and should Heyman leave the group?

Heyman offers credibility, as well as a strong personality to get the Bloodline over and handle business when either Roman or The Rock are not available. Plus, just the idea that it’s Paul Heyman adds to the product. Russo is just not correct in his evaluation of the Wise Man.

Magnum TA confirmed he will be at AEW Revolution for Sting’s last match. In their primes, Magnum TA versus Sting. Who would win?

If Magnum and Sting had faced off, there is no doubt in my mind that Magnum would win every time. Sting had his moments, but he was never a great in-ring performer. Magnum, on the other hand, was.

Which version of Sting was your favorite?

For me, it was probably the Joker version of Sting in TNA. I liked his brief run with the Horsemen and also his time with the nWo red & black Wolfpac as well, but the Joker role seemed like the most fun for him and was the most entertaining for me.

Is Sting going to remain with AEW after his retirement?

That remains to be seen, but I suspect he’ll probably be used as an Ambassador for appearances and special events. Tony Khan pays him too much money to just let him go entirely.

Will Ospreay? Wrestler of the Year?! Over Roman, Cody, Seth… even MJF?! Heck, I think Rhea had an even more impactful year.

The Wrestler of the Year comes from Meltzer so it has to be taken with a grain of salt. And yes, Roman, Cody, Seth, Rhea, and even Dom all had better and more impactful years.

Tyrus versus Val Venis. Who wins?

As much as I like Tyrus, Val Venis should find a way and get the win here.

Were you a D-Generate or an NWO-ite or both?

How about neither? I liked DX and I liked the NWO, but my love and fandom for professional wrestling goes back a little longer than either of those factions. I’m a Horsemaniac if anything.

Are you interested in a possible Wardlow/Chris Jericho feud?

No, not really. Luckily, it seems as if Wardlow is going after Samoa Joe and the AEW Championship while Jericho is attempting to hook his wagon to the talent that is known as Hook, so Jericho versus Wardlow won’t be a thing, at least not for a while.

Dom Mysterio & Rhea Ripley versus The Miz & Asuka. Who wins?

Miz and Asuka were the winners of the WWE Mixed-Match Challenge a few years ago so this pairing isn’t as random as it seems. This would be an interesting and fun match to see and it’s a tough call. I think I’d have to go with Miz & Asuka on this one.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap things up for now. Watch out for ratings-killing EVPs and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
