The Dudley Boyz or The Blue Bloods?

The Dudleys are tag team legends and may have held more tag team titles than anyone ever, but Lord Steven (William) Regal and Bobby Eaton were tag team magic and awesome in their own right. I’m all for Team Blue Blood on this one.

Is it Wrestlemania 40 without Vince McMahon? He deserves to be there.

I’m sure that Vince will be watching on the WWE Network, available on Peacock. If Vince was there, it would be a distraction that WWE doesn’t need or want. Vince deserves credit for his legacy in the WWE and professional wrestling, but WWE and Mania don’t need him.

Can the WWE maintain the momentum they have now after Wrestlemania?

It won’t be easy, but I have faith that Triple H and the WWE creative team will do their best.

Who does Paul Heyman side with after Mania: Roman, Solo, Braun Breakker, Jimmy, or Punk?

In the immediate aftermath of Mania, I think that Paul Heyman will remain loyal to his Tribal Chief. Maybe down the line, an approach to Bron Breakker seems like a logical move for me.

Do you think Tony Khan could/would/should give Dustin Rhodes a 24-hour pass to help his brother fend off The Bloodline and Finish the Story?

He could but given the relations and barbs between the two promotions, I doubt he will, nor should he. Why should AEW do anything to help promote their biggest rival? It’s not good business sense. I do expect that Dustin will be at Mania backstage as Cody’s guest, but so far as getting involved in the match or the feud with The Bloodline, I don’t see that happening.

With less than a week to go until WrestleMania 40, how do you feel about the build for the show outside of the Bloodline/Cody Rhodes matches?

What build? Except the Rock/Roman/Cody stuff, and to a lesser degree for Seth/Drew & Rhea/Becky, the build for the rest of the show and the other matches hasn’t been strong at all. Last night on Smackdown seemed like a rushed effort to add other matches to Mania to make up for loss time. It’s a packed show and there are plenty of matches to promote, but compared to the build for the main events, the rest of it has been lackluster at best.

Recently former WWE star Dana Brooke referred to NXT star Tiffany Stratton as a “knock-off Barbie” who loves to steal moves. Thoughts?

The woman who wrestles as \Ash by Elegance’, a ripoff of both Timeless Toni Storm and former WWE Diva Eva Marie, is accusing someone else of being a copycat version of Barbie. The irony of this claim is just amazing. I suspect that Dana is just trying to get some notice by stirring the pot a bit. It’s a headline about nothing and nothing more.

Which Wrestlemania format are you more of a fan of? One night or two?

I like the two-night event better. It makes for a crazy weekend and I would suggest moving the Hall of Fame Inductions to SummerSlam or some other part of the year to lighten the load a bit for the fans and keep us from getting overwhelmed, but two nights, as a diehard fan of WWE and Wrestlemania, it gives the event even more of a big show feel. So there you go.

Mixed Tag Team Match: Rhea Ripley & Dominik Mysterio versus Logan Paul & Becky Lynch. Who wins?

I think that someone heard about the banter between Rhea and Logan Paul on Paul’s podcast lol. This would be a fun little match. I think Logan and Becky would get the win at the end.

On a recent edition of his podcast, KeepinIt100, Konnan referred to Chris Jericho as “stale”. Is Konnan right or is he just being a hater?

Konnan is just keeping it real and stating the obvious truth. Jericho is stale and it’s obvious to anyone with a set of eyes. Konnan and Jericho are friends, but K-Dog doesn’t let relationships keep him from being honest about his opinions, nor should he.
