Overall who do you like more Rhea Ripley or Bianca Belair?

Of the two, I prefer Rhea. She’s strong, talented, and has a great personality/character, especially when interacting with Dominik. Bianca is good in the ring, but she’s gotten stale in my eyes.

If you could invite 3 wrestlers to a dinner party, who would you choose?

Alan Angels, Fuego Del Sol, and Sammy Guevera. It’d be a very special edition of The VLOG!

You get one of these guys in their prime for 20 years to start a wrestling promotion with. Who are you choosing? Bryan Danielson or Kurt Angle?

This is a tough call, but I think I see more long-term potential with Bryan Danielson. Kurt was amazing in his time, but he started as damaged goods, with a freakin’ broken neck, and I think that his shelf life would be limited.

Shawn Michaels versus AJ Styles. Who wins?

With both men in their prime, this would be an amazing match. It’s a tough call, but I think in a neutral promotion, AJ Styles would take the win.

Buff Bagwell and Big John Dalton are the new Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Champions. It’s interesting to see Buff Bagwell back in the ring and as a champion. Do you think we’ll eventually see Buff back in a major promotion?

It is good to see Buff back in action and wrestling again. And from all indications, his stay at Diamond Dallas Page’s Sober House seems to be working for him as well. Buff has a strong personality and is a great character and it would be fun to see him do a brief run for either TNA or AEW, but I don’t think it will happen. Let him have some fun on the Indy circuit first to see how the body holds up and to reestablish his name. If the big companies are in his future again, so be it, but one step at a time.

Who would you book as the AEW World champ?

If I was making the call, of the current AEW roster, I’d book either Christian Cage or Wardlow as the champion. Unfortunately, I’m not the one making the call.

Should either WWE or AEW have a show dedicated to all women? Would you watch it?

AEW barely has enough talented women to present one or two matches a week so while an all-women’s show would be interesting, I doubt they could pull it off. WWE has a large enough roster, between RAW, Smackdown, and NXT that they could easily do another show with all women. It’d make for an interesting twist on things. And yes, I would watch.

Would the 3rd man scenario for Hogan in the nWo be as popular if it was Sting, as originally planned?

It may have worked for a short while, but not nearly as well as it ended up working. Hogan was a natural heel as Hollywood Hogan and played the role so well. I can’t see Sting being comfortable in a heel role and I don’t think he had any chemistry working with Hall or Nash. I just can’t see it working.

Should Mercedes Mone join the New Elite in AEW?

It would be an interesting spin on things and her character would fit in well with the Young Bucks and the New Elite faction. It might even make them interesting. Nah, we can’t expect that level of a miracle. That would be an interesting swerve though.

Adam Pearce versus Nick Aldis with guest referee Teddy Long. Who wins?

Both men are amazing wrestlers and both are former NWA World Heavyweight Champions. This match would be excellent and I’m hoping that eventually, we do end up seeing it happen in WWE. Teddy as the referee? That would be cool. I’m sure he remembers how to do it. And the winner? Teddy was the longest reigning General Manager in Smackdown history so I think he might lean a bit towards the current General Manager of Smackdown with his calls. Aldis would win.
