Would you kill the Undisputed Kingdom if Adam Cole isn’t back by the end of the year?

Honestly, I’d forgotten that the Undisputed Kingdom was even a thing. Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Roderick Strong, and Wardlow are all talented wrestlers and don’t need Cole to be a force in AEW/ROH. Just move on and forget Cole and his leadership until he can return. They have the numbers to survive and can always use Maria Kanellis as their mouthpiece. Cole is not essential to their survival as a unit. Being used regularly and booked strongly is. Let them be.

What’s your honest opinion about Pat McAfee as a commentator?

He’s fresh, unpredictable, and fun to listen to. I like him in the color commentary role.

Who killed WCW?

They can make all the documentaries that they want to. AOL/Time Warner drove the stake through WCW’s heart when they canceled all WCW programming on the Turner Network. Yes, WCW was on life support then, but there was still some hope. Once they lost TV, all hope vanished and WCW was dead.

Is Chris Jericho and the Learning Tree growing on you?

Not really, no. So far, I’ve found it more boring than anything else. After all of these years of being a fan, I don’t find Jericho entertaining anymore. I guess I’m destined for THE LIST! I hate it, but it’s true.

Dave Meltzer says that WWE supplied misleading Collision Fast National numbers this past week for bad PR purposes. “Sunday I start getting texts from people who were just like: ‘Did they really only do 122,000 viewers and 34,000 in 18-49 for Collision?’ This was a number supplied by WWE and for those of you who think like WWE isn’t concerned about AEW or it’s a one-sided thing… AEW is in a war with WWE and you know, it’s a pro wrestling war.

Why would WWE be supplying information about the overnight numbers for AEW Collision? Shouldn’t that information be coming from AEW or maybe the companies that do the actual ratings? I wouldn’t ask Burger King for the sales of McDonald’s Happy Meals and I wouldn’t go to WWE for numbers on AEW programming. This whole story by Meltzer sounds like a whole lot of nothing to me. But then again, it’s Meltzer so that’s to be expected.

Considering that this is his final year as a full-time wrestler, should Bryan Danielson win the AEW World Championship sometime this year?

It’d be a nice feather in the cap for Danielson, but he doesn’t need it and at this point and time, the reasoning behind it would be too obvious and cheapen the moment in my opinion. So I would say, No to that idea.

The Undertaker or Sting?

I’m an old WCW guy and I have a ton of respect for Sting, but in almost any situation, forced to choose between these two, I’d have to go with The Undertaker.

Allegedly, Vince McMahon is banned from WWE Headquarters and isn’t even allowed to walk into the building. Thoughts?

That sucks for Vince, but he’s not part of WWE anymore and not the boss anymore. I recently quit my job at the ABC store, so should I be allowed to use the break room there for lunch? Of course not. And since Vince isn’t a part of the WWE anymore and has sold off so much of his stock, he doesn’t have the special privileges anymore either.

Is Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt 6 going to be a success or another Retribution angle?

It all depends on how they’re used, the way the fans react, and several different factors. I hope they do well. I’m rooting for them.

Claudio Castagnoli is NOT, nor will he ever be World Champion material. Yes or no?

I hate to admit it, but Claudio has become just another guy. He was ready a few years ago in WWE, but since then, his star has fallen and so have his chances of ever winning the big one, be it in WWE or AEW. He will never be the World Champion.
