It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s roll.
How would you rate WWE Money in the Bank 2024 on a scale of 1-10?
It was solid and steady and a good show. It wasn’t great, although there were some memorable moments. Chelsea Green deserves major kudos for that bump through the two tables. On a scale of 1-10? I’ll give it an 8.
Marko Stunt made his return on AEW Collision. Thoughts?
I think I may have been the only person happy to see Marko show up on AEW Collision. It makes sense, given the past relationship between Marko and Perry, and while Marko doesn’t belong in a wrestling ring, it was quick and relatively painless to watch except the law dart moves with Marko being tossed into the corner by Perry. That made me cringe. But it was good to see Marko back. I just hope he managed to hook up with Sammy Guevera while he was at AEW and they managed to get a VLOG out of the visit.
Drew won the MITB, cashed in, and CM Punk cost him the match and World Championship. Thoughts?
And the story continues. It’s just WWE building a story between Drew and Punk that will hopefully climax at SummerSlam, while also planting the seeds for a Seth/Punk rivalry later down the road. It’s great drama and storytelling.
Your early call for who would be the perfect opponent for John Cena at WrestleMania 41?
The first names that come to mind for me are either Randy Orton or CM Punk. Austin Theory would be cool as well.
Jillian Hall versus Chelsea Green. Who wins?
Both are amazing characters so the build for this match and the antics during the match would be very entertaining. I would think Green should win.
Who should Randy Orton face at SummerSlam next month?
How about the Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu? That would be an awesome match in my opinion.
Should John Cena win the WWE Championship one more time before he retires?
No. I don’t think so. Cena doesn’t need the title and at this point, would be more distracting and controversial just for the sake of controversy than anything else. Cena is a true legend and icon in WWE already and his name alone is a selling point. Let others deal with the titles and championships.
Rank The Four Horsewomen (Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Becky Lynch) in mic skills.
In my opinion, from start to finish, I would rank the ladies in terms of promo skills, as Becky is the best, followed by Bayley, then Charlotte, and finally Sasha.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s call it quits for now. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.
