Let’s light up because your Guiding Light is here. I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s get busy and do this.

Triple H has not booked any good feuds in the Women’s Division since he took over. Yes or no?

Rhea versus Liv Morgan. Nia Jax versus Bayley. And those are just the two that are being featured at WWE Bad Blood this weekend. So I would argue that yes, he has.

Jey Uso versus LA Knight. Who wins? YEET or Yeah!

I’ve gotten bored with LA Knight. Uso is on a roll right now. So it’s Uso and YEET for me.

According to Brandon Thurston, “After years of being the more youthful promotion, the age of the typical wrestler booked to wrestle on AEW TV is now older than that of main roster WWE.” Thoughts?

AEW has turned into WCW or TNA and everything Tony Khan said about being different and fresh has gone to shit as reality has taken over. An all-rookie promotion is nice in theory, but it won’t last long in reality. Vets need to be brought in to add structure to the product. Tony is grasping at straws and trying to do everything for everyone. It happens.

At this point in his career, what does Tony Schiavone bring to the AEW Announcing Teams? He sucks! Tony Khan needs to fire him. Thoughts?

Tony isn’t what he once was, but he brings name recognition and stability to the AEW product. Tony also has duties apart from the Announce table where he brings experience and knowledge. He’s important to the AEW product, plus he’s still better than Excalibur or Ross at this point.

Cast a live-action version of The Flintstones using professional wrestlers.

Are you serious? Off the top of my head, I’d go with, Fred & Wilma, Miz & Becky Lynch. Playing the roles of Barney & Betty, we’d go with Brock Lesnar & Bayley. Pebbles & Bam Bam, we’d use Shotzi & Chad Gable. Otis and Bronson Reed would need parts too, but I’m not sure as who.

ROH is just the modern version of WWECW at this point just a disheveled hollow shell of a once great wrestling promotion whose legacy is being bastardized by a billionaire. Agree or disagree?

I haven’t quite thought of it that way, but it’s a great comparison. And it’s true, but ROH is getting it much worse than WWECW ever did.

Interest levels in seeing The Hardy Boyz having one final run in WWE, out of 10?

I’d like to see it happen. I wasn’t thrilled with the idea at first, but if Jeff is truly sober and clean as he claims, we could get the best Hardy Boys of the last 15 years and that would truly be worth seeing again. I wouldn’t want to see them attempt to work a full-time schedule, but a final run, a feud with the New Day, and wrapping it up with a WWE Hall of Fame induction, I can get behind that. My interest level at the moment? I’ll go with an eight.

If the WWE one day inducts matches into the Hall of Fame like UFC does with fights, what matches should go in?

Hogan versus Andre at WrestleMania III, the Undertaker versus Mankind Hell in a Cell Match, The Rock versus Hulk Hogan at WrestleManiaX8, and the WeeLC match between Hornswoggle and El Torito from WWE Extreme Rules 2014.

I just saw that Vince McMahon is allegedly working with Kevin Dunn to make an alternative/answer to the Vince docuseries on Netflix. Good idea or not?

It’s just a wrestling rumor and this has been debunked by Mike Johnson of PWInsider. It’s not true. And it would probably be a bad idea anyhow.

Ravishing Rick Rude versus Gunther. Who wins?

A tough call for what would be an amazing match. What fun this one would be. I think Rude would end up getting a victory in the end, but he’d have to work hard for it.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap it up for now. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.
