I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Are you ready to do this? Let’s roll.

Brock Lesnar was referenced twice on RAW. Is this a sign of things to come?

According to Sean Ross Sapp, it means absolutely nothing and WWE has had no talks of Brock returning to action. But nothing happens in WWE without a reason. He was referenced twice and there had to be a reason for that. Maybe it’s just a tease thrown out there to stimulate interest. Or maybe it’s a tease of something to come. We won’t know for sure until Brock either shows up or doesn’t. I’m hoping he does.

Triple Threat: Ole Anderson versus Harley Race versus Bruno Sammartino. Who wins?

Ole does the job and Harley gets the win. And Bruno? He’s just Bruno. Harley wins.

Who is the best “foreign heel” WWE has ever had?

This is a tough call because WWE has been around for over fifty years and there have been so many great heels with the ‘foreign villain’ characters. From the classics like Ivan Koloff, Baron Von Raschke, Nikolai Volkoff, The Iron Sheik, etc., to the more modern-day talents like Mohammad Hussain, Daivari, Rusev, Alberto Del Rio, Cesaro, and so many others. Who’s the best? Let’s go with The Iron Sheik from the mid-80s.

Should Brian Pillman be in the WWE Hall of Fame?

This one is a no-brainer. Yes, he should be inducted and deserves a spot.

Who is more credible as a wrestling journalist? Dave Meltzer or Sean Ross Sapp?

Meltzer used to be pretty reliable but over the past few years, he’s wrong more than he’s right. And Sapp? He’s an ass-clown, but he seems to be on the ball more often than not. Mike Johnson, of PWInsider, blows both of them away and they’re both clowns in comparison. But of the two, Sapp is probably the best, which isn’t saying much.

Jack Perry to Kenny Omega on AEW Dynamite: “Get well soon Kenny. Or die. I don’t care.” Thoughts?

It’s cringe comments in an attempt to show how big & bad a person is. Some people, like Christian and Drew McIntyre, can pull it off. Jungle Boy? He can’t. I didn’t give it much thought though. Perry probably joked with Omega about what he was going to say before he even cut the promo. Who the hell cares?

Rick Rude, Mr. Perfect, Paul Orndorff & John Studd versus Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard & Ole Anderson. Who wins?

Though I have always been and will always be a fan of the Horsemen, in this case, I think Rude, Perfect, Orndorff & Studd would come out as the victors.

Triple H has been great for the WWE, but is he dropping the ball with the tag team and Women’s divisions?

I wouldn’t go so far as to say dropping the ball, but he does seem focused more on the main event picture than the women or secondary titles. I think he’s realizing this though and is beginning to switch focus a little more with the strong push on Nia, Liv, and Tiffany. The tag team scene needs some work, but Triple H is getting there.

What are your thoughts on Alicia Fox?

I always liked her. She’s not much of a wrestler, but she was a unique and enjoyable character. And damn, she had the longest legs and played crazy so well. Alicia was never World Champion material, but she was fun in the ring, fun on the mic, and a memorable character.

Are we going to give Mercedes time to get used to AEW’s style? We have seen multiple guys come in and it takes them some time to get into the groove of things. Mercedes in NJPW and Stardom is a different beast.

She’s had plenty of time to get used to AEW’s style. Mercedes is supposed to be a professional and after her long run in the WWE, adapting to a more relaxed and less-controlled style as is practiced in AEW. She just isn’t good without the scripting and structure that the WWE offers. She’s regressing each week and has no one to blame, but herself.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap her up for now. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for attacks in the parking lot and I’ll see you at the matches.
