Define “aura” but it’s a wrestling faction.

Aura means someone who has the “it factor”. They’re fascinating, interesting, and every time they show up, it’s hard to turn away. In terms of a wrestling faction, I’d go with Judgment Day. You might not like them, but the dynamic was an interesting mix, especially when Rhea and Priest were part of the group. Everyone loves Rhea. Everyone hates Dom. Everyone respects Priest. The feelings are mixed about Finn and JD. But when they showed up, it was hard not to watch. That is Aura.

Would you be hyped if Rhea Ripley vs Liv Morgan gets extended into Wrestlemania 41?

I’m hoping for it. This injury to Rhea, although tragic, adds to the story and makes it last longer, so a climax at Mania makes sense. Rhea returns from injury and goes after Liv for revenge and her title. That sounds like a WrestleMania main event to me.

Dustin Rhodes has not signed a new deal with AEW and is working without a contract. Do you think Dustin will stay with AEW?

Now that the Nightmare Factory is part of the WWE’s new program, I suspect Dustin will eventually move to a full-time position as a trainer with only the occasional match in his future, probably for the Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling, the promotion owned by his family. He currently holds two titles for ROH, so he will eventually drop those, but I think the WWE and the family business will be the biggest part of his future.

Eric Bischoff is scheduled for an upcoming appearance for MLW. Do you think Eric is returning to wrestling full-time?

It’s a one-shot deal on PPV where Bischoff controls the book for one night and plays matchmaker for MLW. Eric has a full schedule with the podcasts and life in general going on so I doubt he has the time or desire to return to a wrestling promotion full-time. It’s just one night to make some extra cash and help out MLW.

Have you missed seeing Ruby Soho on AEW television?

I didn’t until I saw this question. I’m not a big fan of the AEW Women’s Division, but Ruby is a talented wrestler and was one of the better wrestlers until she took time off to have a baby. She’s a strong character and rarely had bad matches. Yeah, I do miss her.

Would you like to see Booker T join the main roster as a commentator for either RAW or Smackdown?

No. Booker is hard to take even on NXT. Don’t ruin RAW or Smackdown for me too.

Billy Gunn & Al Snow versus Fuego Del Sol & Alan Angels. Who wins?

Billy and Al are older but damn, they’re jakked! Fuego and Alan would have their hands full. This would be a good and interesting match. I think the experience would win out in the end and Billy & Al would walk out with the win.

How would you book Logan Paul’s return?

Paul is one of those guys who doesn’t need a reason to show up. I’d have him pop up on Smackdown and mention that WrestleMania is coming soon, and since it’s in Las Vegas, he needs to be there. Paul then issues an open challenge for a match at Mania. Someone accepts, maybe a Brock Lensar, hint-hint, and there you go. The return is booked and they take it from there.

After Jake Paul and Mike Tyson settle their fight, how about Jake Paul versus Brock Lesnar? Would you like to see that fight?

I don’t think Jake Paul is that stupid. Jake Paul and Lesnar in a real fight? Jake Paul isn’t a pushover, but Brock would destroy him and he knows it. We all know it. But yes, I would like to see it happen.

How would you rate Ava as the General Manager of NXT on a scale of 1-10?

She has no personality or charisma. Is she really the Rock’s daughter? He should ask for a DNA test. If she didn’t have the family connections, she wouldn’t have a job. I’ll give her a 2 just because I’m in a good mood.
