It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, the man with the answers. Are you ready? Let’s roll.

If you could take any male or female wrestler from any era and insert them as the next top champion of WWE or AEW, who would it be? Would they be a face or heel? How long of a reign would you give them?

How about Ric Flair from 1988 and putting him into today’s WWE? Ric would be a heel and have several title reigns as the WWE Champion of assorted lengths. In his prime, Flair was one of the best, and even in comparison to today’s wrestlers, he’d still be one of the best.

In a traditional 5v5 Survivor Series match, what 5x 90’s WCW wrestlers would you choose against 5x 90’s WWF wrestlers?

How about Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Sting, Lex Luger, and Barry Windham versus Steve Austin, Triple H, The Rock, The Undertaker, and Ken Shamrock?

Do you think we will get Sami vs Kevin Owens at Mania? If not, what do you see both men doing?

I’m expecting to see Sami do something Bloodline-related, while KO fights either Orton or Cody. No, I don’t expect to see Owens and Zayn against each other, or as a team, anytime soon.

Can WWE ever recover Chad Gable as a singles star?

All it will take is a strong feud and a good opponent and Gable will be fine.

If Vince McMahon was still in charge of WWE, who do you think would be the Top champions right now?

For the two men’s World titles, I think we’d be seeing Drew and Cody. As for the women, Bianca & Nia.

Linda McMahon is listed as the co-chair of President Trump’s transition team when he takes office. Thoughts?

Linda McMahon is a very intelligent and influential lady who worked for President Trump during his previous administration in a Cabinet-level position. It’s not a surprise to see Linda as part of Trump’s team. It just shows that he has faith in her and a great deal of respect. Kudos to Linda.

Will Vince McMahon get back into the wrestling business in 2025?

No, I don’t think so. Vince is in his eighties and seems to have new toys to play with in the entertainment field. What does he have left to prove in wrestling? He’s a billionaire. He’ll have plenty more to do than worry about professional wrestling.

Is Cody Rhodes the new John Cena?

Nope. Cody is the current Cody Rhodes. There is only one John Cena and while I’m sure Cody respects Cena, he’s just trying to be himself and do his own thing, as he should.

Is WWE making a mistake by inserting Bianca & Jade into the Women’s World Championship scene with Liv Morgan?

I don’t think so. Both Bianca, as a former multiple-time Women’s Champion, and Jade Cargill should be interested in being the Women’s Champion. Yes, they have titles of their own, but if they don’t want singles success, they don’t belong in the company or pro wrestling. This is a nice distraction and story to help build Liv until Rhea can return. I see nothing wrong with it.

Rhyno versus Bobby Lashley. Who wins?

Rhyno would be a good match for Lashley and match up well against the O’Mighty. Rhyno might even get in a gore or two. But in the end, Lashley would walk out with the victory.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Thoughts, comments, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And that is all the people need to know. Be well, and I’ll see you at the matches.
