It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug. Let’s do this.

What is the biggest dream match AEW could offer today?

In my eyes, a triple-threat match between Bryan Danielson, Will Ospreay, and Kenny Omega is the first one that comes to mind.

Via PWINSIDER: There are plans for Raw and Smackdown to go to 3 hours in January and for there to be MANY NXT call-ups to the main roster. Thoughts?

If WWE can keep up the quality of the storytelling and matches that we’ve seen for the past year, I have no problems with RAW and Smackdown both running for three hours. So far as the NXT call-ups, that works too. NXT has a stacked roster and they can spare a few talents to the main roster.

According to Vince Russo, Triple H will be gone from WWE in early 2025, with Brian Gewirtz taking over creative. Thoughts?

Look at the source here. It’s Vince Russo. I believe it when I see it, bro.

Have you seen this Indy wrestler, Co-Kane? A dude in a white Kane suit pulls white powder from his trunks and rubs it all over his face to make a comeback. Thoughts?

I’ve seen this and while I can see the humor to a point, this Co-Kane character is not appropriate for any kids in the audience, plus is a direct insult to Glen Jacobs, aka the original Kane. Both Jacobs and WWE should take legal action and bring this character to an abrupt end.

What letter grade would you give to Jon Moxley’s 5-year AEW run?

Moxley is a multiple-time AEW Champion and Tony Khan’s go-to wrestler in AEW so that counts for something. His in-ring and promo skills, instead of getting better, have gotten worse. For me, Moxley is barely watchable. A letter grade? How about a C-. He is passable and enjoying some success, but he could be doing much better.

WWE has announced plans on Smackdown for a Women’s version of the United States Championship. Thoughts?

I don’t think WWE needs more titles, but this does create a mid-card belt for the women so I can understand the logic behind it. If it can be used to push and elevate some of the talented women in WWE, so be it.

Who should be the first WWE Women’s US Champion?

The consensus seems to be Chelsea Green. That sounds like an excellent plan to me. If not Chelsea though, Michin, aka Mya Yim, would be a great choice as well.

It’s the original Bloodline versus the new Bloodline at War Games. Thoughts?

This is what we’ve been expecting all along and it makes sense. I’m looking forward to it.

Who Wins: Rhea Ripley Vs Hikaru Shida?

Shida is a very impressive wrestler and this would be a good fight. But Mami always comes out on top and she would here as well. Rhea wins.

How would you feel about a wrestling angle where someone effectively and convincingly faked a death just to come back for the sake of continuity?

It would be tasteless, offensive, and would be blasted by the fans and wrestling audience. It would never work, nor should it.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap it up. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for the piledriver. It’s hurting people again. I’ll see you at the matches.
