I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. We’re working through the backlog. Are you ready to do this? Let’s go.

Fatal 4-Way: Eddie Guerrero versus Bret Hart versus Ric Flair versus Kurt Angle. Who wins?

Four of the best technical wrestlers of all time. This would make for an excellent match. I think Kurt Angle would probably end up with the victory.

Who would be on your Mt. Rushmore of wrestling opinion journalists?

The first two are easy. Mr. Tito, who currently works for NoDQ.com, and the late Chris Hyatte, best known from 411Mania.com and his very unique column, The Midnight News. The other two spots? I’ll put myself in one of them, not because I’m so good, but because the first rule of life is, “Love thyself!”. And the final position? We’ll leave it open because there are many smart-mark, opinion-based wrestling writers out there, the next great one might be just around the corner and finding his or her way. And I look forward to reading what they have to offer.

Will the new Women’s US title overexpose the women in WWE?

I don’t think WWE needs it, but WWE has enough strong and talented women on the roster that it shouldn’t harm things by having another title to compete for.

Do you want to see Pat McAfee enter the WWE Royal Rumble next year?

Pat is a charismatic and talented guy so if WWE wants to put him in for a guest appearance, that would be fine with me.

Is Dominik Mysterio a future World Champion?

At some point in the future, yes. It won’t be anytime soon, but I think Dom will one day love big gold belts almost as much as he loves his chicken nuggies.

Does Britt Baker feel like she is getting over since her return to you?

No, she doesn’t. She gets a good pop when she comes to the ring, but it’s nothing special. It’s hard for an audience to get behind a performer when they come and go so frequently with stop-and-start pushes and sporadic appearances. She’s not getting over, but it’s not her fault. I blame Tony.

The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart)w/ Jimmy Hart versus Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson, aka The Rock & Roll Express. Who wins?

How did this match never happen? If the Harts wrestled Ricky & Robert 100 times, they’d split it 51-49 in the wins and losses. And that one extra win? It goes to The Hart Foundation, due to the outside interference of Jimmy Hart.

WWE just announced that John Cena will compete in his final Royal Rumble match on February 1st in Indianapolis. Thoughts?

That’s all well and good so long as he doesn’t win. Use the Rumble to set up his next match, but allow someone else to get the spotlight and rub from winning.

On CNN, one of the talking heads, Scott Jennings, suggested that Hulk Hogan be appointed to the United States Senate as a replacement for Marco Rubio. Thoughts?

Hogan lies like a natural-born politician so he’d fit right in, but no. That would be a major disaster. It would be fun to watch Hogan and John Fetterman (D-PA) cut promos on each other, but Hogan isn’t Senator material by any means.

Who was the better dancer: Das Wunderkind Alex Wright or Disco Inferno?

Alex may be Das Wunderkind, but Disco lives forever. Never forget, it’s your duty to shake your booty. Disco is the better dancer.

And there you go. Another one is in the books. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap it up. More to come shortly. I’ll see you in a little while, crocodile. I’m Doug.

Ubuntu!
