I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

Do you want to see CM Punk vs Bronson Reed in the future?

It would be an interesting match and fun to see. I’d like to see it.

Would you have liked to see Roman Reigns and Jinder Mahal face off in a Punjabi Prison Match?

No. A match between Roman and Jinder could be a good match. But I never want to see the Punjabi Prison structure used again. Just stick to a regular match.

Do WWE fans deserve to see the Usos feud again?

A friendly match would be okay, but an actual feud. No, we don’t need to see that again. They’re much better together than apart.

Do you want to see The Rock and CM Punk go at it once again? Do you think the outcome would be different this time around?

The Rock versus CM Punk is a match that I would never turn down, and today, so many years later, it would be a nice piece of business. But unfortunately, given the power that Rock has behind the scenes, I fear the results would end up being the same.

Will Adam Cole become the AEW World Champion before he retires?

Before he retires? Yeah, I think he’ll wear that championship title at least one time.

Do you think WrestleMania at Wembley in the UK will ever be a reality?

For some reason, I don’t think WrestleMania will ever be held at Wembley. I think Mania will always be the United States or Canada. But I can easily see SummerSlam or one of the other Big 4 PLEs being held across the pond at Wembley.

Where would you rate Jack Brisco among the all-time greats? Would he be in your Top Ten?

I was never a fan of Brisco myself, but he was very good in the ring and legends like Harley Race, Dusty Rhodes, and Ric Flair constantly sing his praises. I do remember a match between Brisco and Roddy Piper on Mid-Atlantic television that was incredible and had an easy 5-star match rating. He was truly one of the best of his era. No, he probably wouldn’t be in my Top Ten.

WWE is allegedly interested in doing Logan Paul versus Mike Tyson at Wrestlemania 41. Thoughts?

After watching Tyson and his performance with Logan’s brother Jake, I have no desire to see Mike Tyson inside the ring again. If Logan were to wrestle someone else and maybe have Jake Paul and Tyson in their corners, that would be okay. But no more in-ring action for Iron Mike.

The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn) versus The Russians (Ivan Koloff, Nikita Koloff, Krusher Kruschev, Don Kernodle). Who wins?

I just noticed something. The OG Bloodline is essentially a duplicate of The Russians. Three members of a family, plus one outsider. The Horsemen fit this model as well, with three family members and an outsider. That’s kind of cool. As for this match, all I can say at the thought is just WOW! Look at the match-ups. Roman and Nikita. Sami and Kernodle. Ivan and Kruschev with The Usos. It almost sounds like a dream match to me. And the winners? The Bloodline is an amazing combination, but Uncle Ivan and his crew, that’s the stuff that legends are made of. The Russians and Kernodle would win.

What wrestler from the past do you think would make a good manager?

If he was more reliable, Buff Bagwell would make a good manager. He’s got charisma and a strong personality and even though he can’t wrestle much anymore due to injuries, Buff can incite a crowd and get a strong reaction. Another that I feel would be good in a managerial role is Joe Hennig, aka Curtis Axel. Hennig just looks right in a suit and with his legacy and background, I think a managerial role could add many years to his career.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Questions, comments, and thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap it up. Stay well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
