Tomorrow night, live on PPV, it’s TNA Turning Point PPV, which is being held as part of the Wrestlecade gathering in Winston-Salem, NC. And you know what that means. It’s time to step away from the turkey and side dishes and project my inner Amazing Criswell. Who knows that reference? Think Ed Wood. And now, let’s make a few predictions.

TNA Champion Nic Nemeth vs. Eddie Edwards.

Edwards is a tough guy and would be a good TNA champion someday, but I don’t think today is the day. Look for Nemeth, aka the former Dolph Ziggler, to zig-zag his way to a victory and successful title defense.

Winner and STILL TNA Champion: Nic Nemeth.

TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich vs. Jordynne Grace – Best of Three Falls.

Slamovich is a decent wrestler and hasn’t been the champion for very long. One would think it’s too early to take the belt off of her, especially against former champion Jordynne Grace, whose contract is said to be expiring at the end of the year. But I just can’t take Slamovich seriously. It’s the name. It sounds like a Vince McMahon creation from 1985. I think we’ll see a new champion.

Winner and NEW TNA Knockouts Champion: Jordynne Grace.

TNA X-Division Champion Moose vs. Laredo Kid.

Laredo Kid is impressive, but he’s named “Kid!”. And he’s fighting a guy named Moose. Moose only recently won the X-Division Championship and he’ll pull a rabbit from his hate to capture the victory and retain his title. Of that, I’m pretty sure.

Winner and STILL X-Division Champion: Moose.

Turkey Bowl Match: Eric Young vs. PCO vs. Brian Myers vs. Joe Hendry vs. John Skyler vs. Hammerstone – Loser Wears The Turkey Suit.

Is this a Gauntlet Match, a Battle Royal, or what? What are the stipulations? It doesn’t matter. I think Joe Hendy will win because he’s Joe Hendry and I believe in Joe Hendry. As for the loser, it will be Brian Myers. Myers seems to thrive on embarrassing situations and crazy moments. Others would be embarrassed, but Myers will consider it a thrilling event and add the turkey suit to his personal highlight reel.

Winner: Joe Hendry.

The Hardys & Ace Austin vs. KUSHIDA & The Rascalz.

Matt and Jeff just signed a new 1-year deal with TNA, plus they’re the TNA Tag Team Champions. They’re not going to lose. KUSHIDA is impressive and the Rascalz are a damn good tag team, but for this night, they will be DELETED!

Winners: The Hardys and Ace Austin.

Steve Maclin vs. Josh Alexander – No DQ.

This should be an excellent battle. Maclin and Alexander have a long history between them and even though Alexander doesn’t look like a badass, looks can be deceiving. He truly is. But Maclin is as well. It’s hard to choose here. I think Maclin should win.

Winner: Steve Maclin.

Mike Santana vs. Frankie Kazarian.

I keep looking at Mike Santana and wonder to myself, why isn’t this guy at the top of the roster? He’s a beast. Kazarian is a good wrestler and experienced veteran, but I think Santana’s time is coming. And it starts right here.

Winner: Mike Santana.

Savannah Evans vs. Rosemary vs. Xia Brookside.

Three very unique women in what should either be a very good match or a complete trainwreck. I’m pulling for the positive and a good match. I’m not sure what the story is here so without context, it’s hard to pick a winner. I’ll just go with the gut on this one.

Winner: Rosemary.
