Friday night, December 13, 2024, is TNA Final Resolution 2024, live from the historical home of WCW in the 80s, Center Stage in Atlanta, GA. And you know what that means. It’s prediction time.

TNA Champion Nic Nemeth vs. AJ Francis.

Let’s get serious here. Nemeth is not losing the title here. While AJ Francis has come a long way since his WWE days and has become entertaining, he’s not ready to be the face of the company and World Champion. Look for a good match and the former Dolph Ziggler to retain.

Winner and STILL TNA Champion: Nic Nemeth.

TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich vs. Tasha Steelz.

Have I mentioned how much I hate Masha Slamovich’s name? It sounds more like a 1980s Vince McMahon creation than a serious woman wrestler in 2024. But Masha is a good talent inside that ring and aside from the name, I have a lot of respect for her. She and Tasha have a history and this should be a good match. It’s too soon for Masha to lose the belt though. I expect the champ to retain.

Winner and STILL TNA Knockouts Champion: Masha Slamovich.

TNA X-Division Champion Moose vs. KUSHIDA.

Moose is another new champion who has only had that X-Division Championship for a few weeks. It’s too soon to lose the title. KUSHIDA is a damn good wrestler and it should be a good match, but no upsets will be happening here.

Winner and STILL X-Division Champion: Moose.

TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys vs. The System – Tables Match.

These two teams are no strangers and have faced off quite a bit over the past several months so this should be one banger of a match. And I’m sensing an upset. No other titles have changed hands during this show and there is always one. The System has the numbers for a little outside help and there are no DQs in a ladder match. I think we’re getting new tag team champions.

Winners and NEW TNA Tag Team Champions: The System.

Mike Santana vs. Joe Hendry vs. Josh Alexander vs. Steve Maclin – Winner challenges TNA Champion at Genesis 2025.

I believe in Joe Hendry. Joe Hendry wins.

Winner: Joe Hendry.

Jordynne Grace vs. Rosemary.

Rosemary has been looking more and more impressive as of late and is truly becoming a top challenger for that Knockout’s Championship. But she’s fighting Jordynne Grace. I think Rosemary will have an excellent match and come just that close, but Jordynne will triumph in the end.

Winner: Jordynne Grace.

Ace Austin vs. Trent Seven.

Trent Seven is a newly turned heel looking for momentum while Austin is kind of in limbo while partner Chris Bey is out with an injury. Both men could use a good win here. My blood pressure at the Doctor’s office today was 177/77. And my blood sugar was 117. That must be a sign. Let’s go for Trent Seven to get the win.

Winner: Trent Seven.

Jonathan Gresham vs. Frankie Kazarian (Countdown to Final Resolution).

This should be a good match. Gresham is a talented dude, but Kazarian is pretty damn good too. My gut says Gresham should win and the gut never lies.

Winner: Jonathan Gresham.

Leon Slater vs. JDC (Countdown to Final Resolution).

I hear the name Leon Slater and two names come to mind. Leon White, aka Vader, and Heath Slater. While Leon Slater is nothing like those two legends, the name gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling in my tum-tum. Big shout-out to Simon Miller. And JDC sounds like a brand of cheap instant coffee. I don’t drink coffee. Look for Slater to win.

Winner: Leon Slater.
