If every wrestler from every company was a free agent, and there was a 2025 wrestling draft, who would be the top 3 draft picks?

Right off the top of my head, I’d go with CM Punk, Rhea Ripley, and Gunther.

If you could have dinner with any wrestler, who would you choose?

I’m sure that every wrestling fan has heard of the movie/documentary, My Dinner with Blassie. Well, for me, the dinner would be with Vince McMahon. My original choice was Jim Cornette, but as great as that would be, I realize that Jim and I greatly differ on political opinions and Jim would probably end up cursing me out before we got past the first bite of our meals. So who else knows everything about the wrestling business? Vince McMahon. And there you go.

What do you think of the potential return of the Winged Eagle Title? Should WWE bring it back full-time?

I really don’t care much about title belts so if they do or don’t, it makes no difference to me. It’d be nice for the sake of nostalgia, but I don’t really have an opinion on this one.

Do you want to see Trish Stratus make her WWE return next year? If so, who do you want to see as her opponent?

Trish still looks great and can still work, as she proved last year against Becky Lynch in a cage, so if she’s interested in another run, go for it. As for the opponent, I believe she and Tiffany Stratton have some unfinished business to settle, Trish has mentioned that she’d like to wrestle Nia Jax, so there are her opponents right there.

There is talk that Tony Khan is considering expanding AEW Dynamite to three hours. Would you want 3 hours of AEW?

No, I hope not. Two hours is bad enough, but three? Considering how the ratings are in freefall already, that probably wouldn’t be a great idea.

Brock Lesnar & Sable versus Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins versus Matt Cardona & Chelsea Green. Who wins?

As much as I love Matt & Chelsea, they’d be there to take the fall. Brock and Sable would be interesting, but only Brock has wrestled regularly in the past two decades. Sable’s last match was in 2004 and while she looks to be in great shape, I doubt she’s up for a match against the top stars like Becky and Seth. Becky and Seth would win.

Which feud did you like better? Swerve vs Hangman or CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre?

Swerve versus Hangman was a mess. I was never sure of who was the face and who was the heel, plus the whole arson of the house, plus the hypodermic needle in the mouth ruined it. CM Punk versus Drew was well done, logical, and had just the right amount of drama and violence to keep it compelling and interesting. Both men came out looking strong and better for it. I preferred Punk versus Drew.

Did WWE drop the ball with Kronik?

Kronik was fired after one match. They were set up to fail and if you go back and watch that match between Kronik versus Kane and The Undertaker, it’s obvious. Stevie Richards spoke about this match on his podcast and broke down the details. Someone in WWE didn’t want Brian Adams or Bryan Clark there and thus, this match happened and they were gone.

Mr. Wrestling II versus Rey Mysterio Jr. Who wins?

Mr. Wrestling II would be miserable about having to put Rey over and would try and stiff him. And for that reason alone, Rey would hit II with the 619 and get the win.

Would you like to see Oba Femi joining Xavier Woods and Kofi?

Big E has allegedly been mentoring Femi in NXT so it’s a logical choice and would make for some good TV, but I’d rather see Femi as the resident monster in NXT than be involved in the New Day story. Woods and Kofi don’t need him. Big E might, but I think Omos would make a better choice.
