Curtis Axel recently spoke of CM Punk and said that he gets a bad rap. Thoughts?

And most people who interact with Punk tend to agree. Everyone admits that he’s outspoken and opinionated, but the general consensus is that he’s a decent dude.

In your opinion, which tag team was the more talented between the Rock ’n’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) or The Rockers (Marty Jannetty and Shawn Michaels)?

As a tag team, Ricky and Robert are the better unit and work together better. All four men are talented, but The Rock & Roll Express was the better team.

Do you think Tony Khan will ever wrestle a match or put the AEW Championship on himself?

No, I don’t. Look at Tony. One punch from Anna Jay would put him into a coma. He got his big moment when the Young Bucks “injured” him and forced him to wear a neck brace for the next few days. I don’t think Tony wants to do it again.

Does AEW need a Jack Tunney-like Authority Figure?

Every wrestling promotion needs a Jack Tunney-like authority figure. Tunney was great as the WWF President.

Is Iyo Sky overrated?

She has her moments of greatness, but she’s not as good as everyone seems to think. We talk about Nia being careless, but Iyo is just as bad. In my opinion, she’s definitely overrrated.

Michin is the first and only Black main roster wrestler to compete in a singles match at a WWE special event in 2024. Thoughts?

Is she black? I thought she was of Korean descent. And who cares? WWE is well-represented on the roster by plenty of people of color, both men and women. Quit trying to stir the pot with fake-ass racist claims. It’s the talent that matters and not the color of one’s skin.

Should WWE or NXT bring back the NWA Bunkhouse Stampede event for a PLE or special event?

A bunch of wrestlers wearing regular clothes and carrying weapons in a Battle Royal. That always sounds like a fun time. Bring it back for a retro RAW or an edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event. It would be cool.

Who is more over with wrestling fans? Mercedes Mone or Chelsea Green?

Chelsea Green gets cheers, pops, and a great reaction from fans, both in the arena and on social media. Mercedes Mone gets crickets. There is no comparison between these two in December 2024.

Is Randy Orton in your top 10?

Of current WWE stars? For sure. Of all-time? Probably not, but he would make my Top 25.

Where is Mustafa Ali? He seems to have vanished from TNA.

Ali left TNA on August 1, 2024, after losing a match to Nic Nemeth and has not wrestled anywhere to the best of my knowledge since. There were rumors that he was in negotiations with AEW, but nothing seems to have come of that as of yet. So I guess that he’s sitting at home and considering his future options.
