It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug. Are you ready to rock? Let’s roll.

Ring announcer Jade Chung and former WWE star Trent Seven have reportedly departed TNA Wrestling. Thoughts?

It’s not just Chung and Seven. Also, Rhino, Kushida, Josh Alexander, and Jordynne Grace are all expected to leave when their contracts expire. And the reason? Money. Allegedly, TNA management is asking everyone to take pay cuts. Across the board, live show attendance is up, yet they’re asking talents to take less money. It doesn’t make sense at all.

According to Meltzer, TNA partially brought back Tessa Blanchard as a favor to WWE. Thoughts?

This makes sense. WWE wants to use Blanchard, but her reputation and past make it a hard sell for management. So WWE has TNA sign her up for a run to see how she behaves and if she’s safe to bring to WWE. TNA is like an intensive probation period before Tessa comes to the big event. It makes sense.

What are your thoughts on Tommy Billington, aka The Dynamite Kid?

Dynamite Kid was an amazing wrestler, far ahead of his time, and had few peers inside the ring. Unfortunately, he was not a good person and did a lot of bad stuff before he ended up in a wheelchair and then passed away in relative obscurity. The man was a wrestling superstar, but a shit human.

First, Kevin Owens and Triple H got into a shoving match at SNME and now, Shawn Michaels & Eddy Thorpe are shoving each other on NXT. So, DX versus Owens & Thorpe? Yes or no?

While I’d pop for that match to happen, I don’t think it ever will. I can’t see HBK wrestling again. As for Triple H, I think that if he can get medically cleared, he has one more match left in him and is gearing up for Kevin Owens at WrestleMania. I’m speculating here, but I think it’s going to happen.

Who do you recognize as the real WWE Champion?

Is it Cody Rhodes? Is it Kevin Owens? I think it’s Bob Backlund because he never was pinned or submitted. His manager, Arnold Skoaland, threw in the towel to give the Iron Sheik the win and the WWE Championship. A travesty! As for between Cody & KO, we need Jack Tunney to declare the title vacant and order a match at the next big event to determine who is the true champion.

All Ego Ethan Page versus LA Knight. Who wins?

LA Knight is a good wrestler, YEAH! But Ethan Page is a big star waiting to happen. He’s the future of WWE and a future World Champion. Page would win.

If Kevin Federline had existed during the late 80’s, what would’ve happened to him if he’d faced the heel version of Andre The Giant?

Andre would beat him up, toss him around, and give him a royal beating that only a true Giant can deliver. I can see the Giant screaming now, “This one is for Britney, bitch!”

Logan Paul said that he’s suggested to Triple H that he and Dominik Mysterio be a tag team. Would you like to see these two men team up?

Imagine the heat and hostility from the live crowds. Logan and Dom as a tag team would be incredible for a one-shot appearance. I hope Triple H is listening and decides to give this pairing a try. It would make for some great wrestling excitement.

Imagine this faction. Joe Hennig, Brock Anderson, Lexi King, Timothy Zbyszko, and Charlotte Flair. Give this faction a name. And this group versus Curt Hennig, Arn Anderson, Brian Pillman, and Larry Zbyszko w/ Ric Flair. Who wins?

Four second-generation Horsemen and the offspring of a living legend all together as a faction? That would be great. And since a name should invoke the Horseman legacy, how about Apocalypse for a group name? As for the match, the parents taught the kids everything the kids knew, but not everything the parents knew. The old-timers, The Horsemen, would win the match.

Who would you like to see challenge Masha Slamovich for the Knockouts World Title next?

How about Tessa Blanchard? If she’s going to be in TNA, she should be wearing gold. And if WWE/NXT and TNA are continuing their partnership, which they seemingly are, how about Masha being challenged by Natalya? That would be a good cross-promotional match for both companies.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And now, I’m out of here. Take care and stay well, my friends. I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
