I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s roll.

With the Major Brothers, Jazwares, Ringside Collectibles, Zombie Sailor, etc., it seems like everyone gets action figures now. Is there anyone you’d like to see get one?

Who would I like to see action figures of? Ole & Gene Anderson. Ivory. The Mulkey Brothers. Ivan Koloff. Michael Youngblood. Those are the names that immediately come to mind.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you see Eddie Guerrero?

Lie, cheat, and steal. It was the three words most identified with Eddie and his character and he played it to the max.

We can agree that Tessa Blanchard is not a good person but do you think there’s a double standard in how she gets treated by fans/media because she’s a woman since many male superstars who have done similar or much worse things barely had any repercussions for their actions?

We don’t necessarily agree that Tessa is a bad person or not a decent human. Tessa is human and people make mistakes and do stupid things sometimes. For some reason, Tessa brought out the worst in the IWC and paid for it, while people like Del Rio, Marty Jannetty, Ric Flair, etc., have all done far worse stuff and no one cares. It may be because she’s a woman. It also may be because people tend to be hypocrites and love to judge others while they are not angels, and they have probably done worse if we look into their past. For thee, but not for me. Tessa got a rough deal and she did the time. Now, it’s time to move on and let this woman have a career and life.

Should Oba Femi become the new member of the New Day, and should he gift Xavier with some bagpipes?

Oba Femi has plenty going on in NXT to become a new New Day member, I would say no. As for gifting Woods with some bagpipes, why not? Who doesn’t need a good set of bagpipes? It’d make a nice Christmas present.

Based on current directions, can you see a world where Drew, Kevin, and Seth form a faction? Based on all 3 feelings (legitimately) wronged by certain individuals, it may lead to them forming a bond.

Look at the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A that I did a few days ago and the question regarding The Shield 2.0. I suggested Seth, Drew, and Kevin as a unit/faction. It would be a great move by WWE.

Aside from “moveset”, which as we all know is only used by people who don’t know what they’re doing, are there any wrestling-related words that give you the ick?

Not really. I hate it when wrestlers call themselves “sports entertainers”, but I understand why they use that term. A medical facility is kind of dumb too. Just say “hospital” already.

What wrestler would you like to see more of next year across both companies and who would you like to see less of?

I’d like to see more of Waller, Theory, and Asuka. As for less of, Adam Cole, Wheeler Yuta, and Moxley.

What wrestler would you want to see in a 1v1 match against Santa Claus?

How about Kane? He once wrestled as the Christmas Kreature and we know he’s not on Santa’s good list so it’s a logical match. And maybe Dominik Mysterio versus Santa. That would be cool too.

What’s next for LA Knight? It feels like he still has the backing of the fans, but is never mentioned in the main event scene.

LA Knight has totally cooled off from the red-hot megastar he was six months ago. What’s next? Maybe a switch to RAW for new faces, new challenges, and a new atmosphere to play in. Or remaining on Smackdown, feuding with Solo and the Bloodline, and enjoying catering. It could go either way.

Is Orange Cassidy AEW’s Undertaker?

No, he’s not. He’s AEW’s little pet, Pockets, according to Jim Cornette. And in my opinion, he’s AEW’s Orange Cassidy. Why would he want to be anyone else?

And there you go. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap it up. Take care and be well, my friends. Have a great one and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
