I’m Doug and this is the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

The WWE Royal Rumble 2026 will take place in Saudi Arabia. Thoughts?

This is going to piss off a lot of fans and I don’t blame them a bit. Saudi Arabia gets two events a year and WWE is paid a lot of money for that. I get that. But the Big Four PLEs belong in the U.S. or the U.K., for the loyal WWE fans. To move the event to Saudi Arabia is a major slap in the face for traditional WWE fans.

Tiffany Stratton cashed in the MITB contract during Smackdown and is now the new WWE Women’s Champion. Thoughts?

We knew that it was coming eventually and WWE finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad to see it happen as Stratton is a great character and the entire cash-in was very well executed. We had the era of Nia, who did great, and now it’s Tiffy Time. I’m looking forward to seeing how this goes.

Kenny Omega versus Crusher Jerry Blackwell. Who wins?

Omega is a great wrestler. I’ll give credit where it’s due and Omega, when healthy, can have some very good matches. Blackwell was a huge guy, over 400 lbs, but moved like a Cruiserweight at times. He could throw a standing dropkick. This would be an interesting clash of styles and characters. I think Omega would win.

Are you happy that Vince McMahon is no longer running WWE?

I’m ecstatic. I could care less about Vince’s habits and perversions, but his style of booking and promoting was stale, outdated, and predictable. WWE has become interesting and fun again, which could never have happened under the Vince regime. Vince had his time, but it was time to move on and let someone else, Triple H, have the ball.

Who had the best career out of these “non-successful” Money in the Bank winners? Baron Corbin, Damian Sandow, or Austin Theory?

Corbin got lost in the shuffle, ended up in NXT, and his contract was not renewed. Sandow was let go by the WWE, and now works Indys and the NWA. Austin Theory has become part of a great tag team with Grayson Waller, is a strong presence on Smackdown, and will probably be getting a strong babyface push after he and Waller split. I have to say Theory for this one.

A new X-Men movie is being made, and you’re in charge of casting. Using only wrestlers, who would play the main characters?

Professor X? How about Kurt Angle? Storm? Jade Cargill obviously. Wolverine? Ethan Page could fit that role. Nightcrawler? That would be R-Truth. Cyclops and Jean Grey? The Miz & Becky Lynch. Kitty Pryde would be played by AJ Lee. And Thunderbird? Roman Reigns. Emma Frost? Tiffany Stratton could do it. And Magneto? Fit Finlay. Mr. Sinister, played by The Undertaker. And Sabretooth could be played by Jacob Fatu,

Scott Norton versus Cactus Jack. Who wins?

Scott would dominate the match and dish out the punishment. Norton would get the win. But Cactus would attack after the match and lay Norton out to get his heat back. Bang Bang!

Jim Ross is the greatest wrestling commentator of all time, true or false?

Ross is one of the best and definitely in the argument for the GOAT of wrestling commentary but with names like Bob Caudle, Lance Russel, Michael Cole, Rich Landrum, and Gordon Solie out there, determining who is the best is just a matter of opinion and subjective at best.

Assuming they are still champions by then, who do you think Tiffany Stratton and Liv Morgan will be facing at WWE WrestleMania?

For Tiffany Stratton, I think Charlotte Flair or Becky Lynch are the most likely choices for Mania opponents. As for Liv, either another match with Rhea with a stipulation, or Becky Lynch.

Do you believe there more backstage drama in AEW than in WWE?

AEW has no leadership or structure. It’s a bunch of children with no guidance. Issues are often ignored until they get too bad, hoping they’ll go away. WWE has a structured professional environment and Paul Levesque is the boss. Matters are handled promptly and professionally. So yeah, AEW has the high school drama.

And there you go. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, I’m out of here. I’ll catch you later and see you at the matches.
