Moxley and friends kidnapped the Rock & Roll Express on Dynamite. Thoughts?

I have no idea. The Rock & Roll Express, one of the greatest tag teams in the history of pro wrestling, is on the show and the only thing that AEW can think of in how to use them is to have them tied to poles with duct tape over their mouths while Moxley rants? And then, when confronted, the Moxley Bunch beats up some mid-card team and then runs away. What is the point? How does this advance anything in AEW or make The Moxley Bunch look strong? It doesn’t. It just makes AEW look silly.

What do you think Alexa Bliss’s next move will be? Do you want to see her back in WWE?

I would love to see her back in WWE and I’m hoping she shows up at the Royal Rumble to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship possibly. Or maybe she’ll pop up to get the Wyatt Sicks back on track and focused. Whatever the esteemed Miss Bliss does, it’s fine with me.

What do you think of Becky Lynch appearing in Happy Gilmore 2?

She’s building her Hollywood resume with a little side work. Nothing wrong with that. I’m happy for her.

The Sandman says he doesn’t have a WWE Legend’s Deal. Should WWE sign him up and give him one?

I’ve never heard of a big demand for Sandman action figures or t-shirts, but it would still be a nice gesture on WWE’s part.

JoJo Offerman showed up at AEW Collision and made some announcements. Is JoJo going to AEW?

It makes sense that the former love interest of Bray Wyatt and the mother of his children is probably ready to go back to work. If WWE doesn’t have a place for her, then AEW is the next best option. JoJo is moving on with her life and going back to work is a logical step. Maybe WWE would bring back too many hard memories. If she does turn out to be All Elite, so be it. She has to do what’s best for her and her children.

Rick Steamboat versus Bret Hart. Who wins?

It’s a tough call. Both of these are wrestling technicians and great in-ring workers. It’d be very close, but I think Bret has more weapons at his disposal. The Hitman would win.

Can you name three wrestlers who are used way better in AEW than they were in WWE?

Bryan Danielson, even though that freedom and push may have cost him his career. Swerve Strickland for a few months, although that push seems to be fading fast. And FTR. Yeah, AEW has been pretty good to them.

Can you name three wrestlers who are used way better in WWE than they were in AEW?

Jade Cargill, Brian Pillman Jr., aka Lexis King, and All Ego Ethan Page. Cargill was pushed strongly in AEW, but she wasn’t getting better. Now, she is. Pillman and Page were jobbers in AEW, despite their talents and legacies. In WWE, via the NXT Brand, both men have now been champions.

What are your thoughts and memories of Alexis Smirnoff?

What I mainly remember of Smirnoff is that he seemed to be the replacement and substitute for Ivan Koloff. If a territory needed a Russian and Ivan wasn’t available, they brought Alexis in instead. He and Ivan even worked together for a time in Georgia and were the tag team champions. He had a good career under the name Michael Dubois before becoming a Russian and Koloff’s partner. Smirnoff was a good heel and had a great career all over the world including the WWE and Japan before retiring in 1988. Smirnoff passed away in 2019 at age 71.

Since you seem to enjoy these so much, recast the television show, The Munsters using WWE talents in all the roles.

For Herman and Lily Munster, I’d go with Kane and Alexa Bliss, using her Fiend character. Grandpa? That’s a tough one, but how about Gangrel? And for Marilyn and Eddie, these would be the adult versions, but Torrie Wilson and Chad Gable.
