After the Beatles, I would say The Rolling Stones. I could explain why in a long-winded paragraph, but I don’t need to. Two words – Mick Jagger. ‘Nuff said!

Should President Trump abolish the IRS and go with a flat tax system?

Either a simple flat-tax system or just impose a national sales tax and do away with the rest. Either would be far fairer and ensure that everyone “pays their fair share” than the convoluted mess we currently have.

Why are men always okay with doing nothing for their birthdays?

Most men don’t want the extra attention or hassle that celebrating a birthday means. It’s just another day on the calendar. Nothing more.

What’s on your mind for the majority of the day?

Generally, I’m overthinking everything in my life, complicating what should be simple matters, and wishing I could just leave this place and start over somewhere else without all of the complications and stress that this place, my family, is currently giving me. Yeah, I’m just sitting here, being miserable. I am losing my freakin mind.

You’re in a fantasy epic. Do you destroy the artifact of ultimate power or use it to change the world?

Power corrupts and ultimate power would absolutely corrupt so make a few changes and then destroy the artifact to avoid future temptations.

How old is too old?

When you’re too old to do it anymore, you’re too old. Age is but a number, and little more. It’s more psychological than physical and too old is nothing more than a state of mind.

If you could restart your life, would you?

The way I’m feeling today, I most definitely would.

What are some of your favorite coming-of-age films?

There’s a fantastic movie called White Frog that I saw a few years ago and greatly enjoyed. Aside from that, movies like Grease, Hairspray, Rebel Without a Cause, and The Outsiders.

Do you fold your underwear?

Of course, I do. I fold all of my clothes immediately as I take them out of the dryer. Then I toss them into a big pile in my bedroom and grab them to wear as needed. I may be a slob at times, but I’m not uncivilized.

Without mentioning Times Square, name something that signifies New York.

Corruption, murders on the Subways, high prices, high taxes, bad weather, sanctuary cities, Rudy Guiliani, Trump Tower, Saturday Night Live, and illegal immigrants taking over.

What’s something a man can do better than a woman?

Do I get smart-assed here or be polite and non-offensive? Men can lift heavy objects better than women. How about that? I was going to say, that men can perform fellatio better than women as well, but some things go without having to be said.

What’s the most creative thing you’ve done this week?

Mainly just a lot of writing for the site. I’ve been feeling kind of rough this week, so the creativity is only running at 1/3 speed right now.

If you could hop on a plane right this second, where would you go?

Right now, I’d be flying up North to Connecticut. I need a break from Laurinburg with some good people and Brent and his family are among the best people I know. I wonder if he’s got room on the couch for a guest for a few days.
