Tomorrow night, live from Indianapolis, Indiana, on both Peacock and Netflix, is the WWE Royal Rumble. And yes, it’s prediction time. I’m Doug and I’ve broken out the Miss Cleo cards. Let’s figure out the future.

Women’s Royal Rumble Match.

Charlotte is coming back. Jordynne Grace has been spotted in Indianapolis. Rumors are floating around of Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus are both planning on showing up. And who can forget that Liv Morgan wants to get her title back from Mami? The roster is stacked and this match is packed with talent and ladies who truly stand a chance at tossing everyone else from the ring and going to WrestleMania. But honestly, it comes down to Liv Morgan and Charlotte. It’s a tough call, but Charlotte is just too predictable for me. Let’s go with LivMorgan for the win.

Winner: Liv Morgan.

Men’s Royal Rumble Match.

This match is even far more open than the Women’s match if that is possible. CM Punk is chasing a dream, but Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Bron Breakker, and Drew McIntyre, all all standing in the way. And spoiler: Matt Cardona has been spotting in Indianapolis. Woo woo woo! You know it! Omos is coming back too. There are so many possibilities that make sense, it’s hard to pick a single option. By the way, is Jacob Fatu part of the Rumble? How about Solo? See what I mean? I think we’re going to see a swerve here. Punk may still get his main event at Mania, but I think the favor of a Wise Man may be needed. As for this match, did you see the response from the crowd that Logan Paul got on Monday night? I think even Dominik Mysterio and Hulk Hogan were impressed. Look for Logan to sneak a way to find the win. Logan Paul wins the Rumble.

Winner: Logan Paul.

Undisputed WWE Championship Match: Cody Rhodes vs Kevin Owens in a Ladder Match.

This should be an amazing match. Of that, I have no doubts. As to who wins, I have no doubts about that either. Owens will climb the ladder, but he won’t get the belts. Guess what he will get? An RKO from out of nowhere. Randy Orton wins and lays out Kevin. And then, Cody can just climb the ladder and get the belts, while Owens and Randy are set for WrestleMania. Works for me.

Winner and STILL WWE Undisputed Champion: Cody Rhodes.

WWE Tag Team Championship Match: DIY vs MCMG in a Two out of Three Falls Match.

This should be a good match. The two out of three falls stipulation gives it an old-school feel that really adds to the drama, given the history between these two teams. This is their chance to shine and probably steal the show. I expect we’ll go the three falls with DIY winning quickly for the first and then the MCMG having to fight back for the second. And then, we’re into sudden death and the winner takes all. And in exchange for a future title shot, Pretty Deadly interferes and costs the MCMG the match via shenanigans. Works for me.

Winners and STILL WWE Tag Team Champions: Johnny Gargano & Tomasso Ciampa, DIY.

And there you go with my predictions. The Magic 8-Ball is never wrong. So, what are your predictions for the Rumble? Let me know, along with any other thoughts, comments, or questions, in either the comment box or at Doug28352@yahoo.com. Don’t forget, there’s a special start time of 6:00 pm, Eastern, so make a note. And I guess that’s all for now. Take care, my friends, and stay awesome. I’m Doug and I’m out of here. I’ll see you at the matches.
