Day Three: Damn Cat!

You’re loud
You’re in my way
constantly underfoot
trying to trip me as I walk by

You hog the bed
Shoving me to the side
with only inches of space
and if I do manage to get comfortable
I wake up to your ass in my face

constantly demanding
bossy and in charge
a bully to be sure
no other way to describe it

But you’re here for me
your love is true and sincere
you listen to me complain
you reassure me when I’m alone or sad

yeah, you’re a pain in the ass
but you’re my pain in the ass
and can’t imagine life without you
I hope I never have to

You give me love
you are a true angel in every way
trapped in the furry body of a little demon spawn from hell
and I wouldn’t trade you for anything
you’re my baby
Damn cat!
