Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

Who do you think should receive The Warrior Award at the WWE HOF?

If they even do a Warrior Award at the Hall of Fame ceremony, the easy answer is Diamond Dallas Page. He has helped so many people and continues to do so. DDP is the most obvious and easiest choice.

What are your thoughts and memories of Iron Mike Sharpe?

Everyone’s favorite WWE tough guy jobber. He of the eternal arm brace that never wins, but always puts up one helluva fight. I wasn’t big on the WWF back in the Iron Mike Sharpe days, being more of a Crockett/NWA person myself, but I would always see Sharpe in the magazines and the match results. A WWF Legend in every sense of the word.

Do we like WWE RAW at 3 PM or 8 PM?

I liked the earlier timeslot. It was so nice to watch RAW while the sun was still in the sky, and then I was able to spend the nighttime hours watching a movie. I could get used to this.

Did you see the John Cena promo on RAW? Thoughts?

It was a long promo, almost twenty-five minutes, and it hit all the marks for the perfect heel turn. Except for the length, it was arguably the best Cena program that I’ve heard in a long, long time.

Do you think WWE should keep John Cena on this path, or will he eventually revert?

Cena should ride this heel turn until his retirement day. He can come back later for cameo shots and one-off appearances and play the face again. But, so far as this run goes, he should keep on heeling.

Do you want to see Penta as the WWE IC Champion?

While there are a few others that I would rather see wearing the WWE Intercontinental Championship, Penta probably deserves a run. I would not object.

What’s your take on the mysterious masked man gimmick on RAW? Who do you think is under the mask? Who is American-made?

Corey Graves mentioned a few names who it might be, but he left out the most obvious names. The American Made Luchadore? Who is the man behind the American-made beer? Who played the role of Mr. America? It’s so damn obvious. The American Made Luchadore is really, Hulk Hogan.

Dominik Mysterio mentioned wanting to add Penta to Judgment Day, plus he was spotted talking to Karrion Kross. Do you think either Kross or Penta will end up joining Judgment Day?

We all know that Penta is not going to be joining the group. And truthfully, I don’t see Kross as a good fit either. My picks would still be Omos, the return of Chris Masters, or maybe either Waller or Theory. Any of those guys would make good additions, at least in my opinion.

MVP recently said in an interview: “Let’s just say, in my professional career, I have only one regret. There is one individual, an executive for a wrestling company that I wish I would have slapped the shit out of when I wanted to, and I never got the chance. I’ll leave it at that. That’s not hard to figure out.” So, who do you think is the executive he’s talking about?

Most are speculating that it’s Triple H that MVP is referring to, but for some reason, I’m thinking of Michael P.S. Hayes. And the P.S. stands for purely slappable. Bruce Prichard comes to mind as well. Only MVP knows for sure.

Who is on your Mt. Rushmore of wrestling executives in the U.S.?

Right off the top of my head, I’d say Vince McMahon, Jim Crockett, Ole Anderson, and Bill Watts.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap it up. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects, and I’ll see you at the matches.
