Stephanie McMahon has a new interview show on ESPN called Stephanie’s Places. Her first guest will be CM Punk. Thoughts?

Given their history, this is a great way to start and I’m sure it will be very enlightening. I’ve never really seen Stephanie as an interviewer, but she knows the business as well as anyone and knows how to provoke a reaction. I’ll be checking this out for sure.

The NC State State Senate has introduced what is known as the Ric Flair Act to inquire about a possible Pro Wrestling Museum and Hall of Fame for North Carolina. Thoughts?

Charlotte, aka Jim Crockett Promotions, was a major wrestling promotion for over sixty years and has a long history in NC. Tarheels love pro wrestling and the Indy scene here today is as strong as ever. This is great news and I’m excited for the politicians here in my home state finally doing something productive. I can’t wait to see how this develops and goes.

What are your honest thoughts on the WWE Spinner Championship?

To me, it was just another belt. It was ugly, but it fit John Cena’s character perfectly and made sense. I never really gave it much thought at all.

Which wrestler do you think is the most underrated?

Grayson Waller. He’s mainly doing comedy and teaming with Austin Theory now, but I remember seeing him in NXT, and I realized that this kid has the makings of a huge star. His time is coming for sure.

So, how do we feel about El Grande Americano?

I liked the video and I think this is a good role for (allegedly) Chad Gable. He’s getting some spotlight and having some good matches, plus it stands out from everything else on the show. This is a cool character.

WWE has been criticized for allegedly using AI to create the El Grande Americano video package on Raw. Thoughts?

What is there to criticize? WWE is using the tools available to promote and push a character and storyline, as they should. It’s not a big deal and is best for business.

Do you think it’s time WWE officially inducts all three members of Demolition into the Hall of Fame?

It’s long overdue for Demolition to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. And yes, when it happens, all three members, including Brian Adams, aka Crush, should be inducted.

Could you see the NWA having a deal with WWE like TNA has with the WWE?

There was a time that I could have imagined it happening, but since losing their deal with the CW and becoming a YouTube-only promotion, the NWA has declined a long way. With the new LFG talent out there working in independent promotions, there is still a possibility of some WWE/NWA crossovers. Never say never in professional wrestling. But I honestly don’t see it happening.

Is there a reason why Jazz, Demolition, and Droz are not in the Hall of Fame?

For Demolition, there were some issues with lawsuits in the past and bad blood between Bill Eadie and WWE, but those matters seemingly have been resolved. As for Jazz and Droz, it just hasn’t happened yet.

Gail Kim is gone from TNA. Thoughts?

There was a major shakeup from Anthem, the owners of TNA, and several names were released, Gail Kim among them. It was a surprise for everyone, but I’m thinking that they’re trying to get down costs and well, Gail isn’t cheap on the budget. Gail is a talented woman and she’ll be okay. She has a strong background in the creative aspect of the business now and I’m sure that WWE will be taking a look, as will Tony Khan. She’d make an excellent WWE Producer. But anyhow, she’ll be okay and rebound quickly. Of that, I have no doubts.
