Tomorrow night, in Philadelphia, PA, it’s AEW Dynasty 2025, live on pay-per-view. It’s a packed card with ten matches announced as of this writing, Saturday morning, and I’m sure more will be added before the day is over. But let’s work with what we have. It’s prediction time. Let’s roll.

AEW World Championship
Jon Moxley (c) vs. Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana).

Moxley needs to drop that title, but is Swerve the right guy? I expect we’ll see a lot of blood in this match. After all, it is Moxley. I think they’re waiting for Darby to return, plus I think Moxley wants to beat Roman’s record of being the champ. Look for Moxley to retain.

Winner and STILL AEW World Champion: Jon Moxley

AEW Women’s World Championship
“Timeless” Toni Storm (c) (with Luther) vs. Megan Bayne.

Megan Bayne has only been around for a month or so. Is she ready to be the champ? Nope, I don’t think so either. Storm wins and keeps her title.

Winner and STILL AEW Women’s Champion: Toni Storm.

Three-Way Match – AEW International Championship
Kenny Omega (c) vs. Ricochet vs. “Speedball” Mike Bailey.

If we were further along in Omega’s return, I’d say we get a title switch and Ricochet would be getting a title as a Honeymoon present. However, Omega has only been back for a couple of months and it’s too soon to lose. Look for Kenny to retain the title.

Winner and STILL AEW International Champion: Kenny Omega

AEW Trios Championship
Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Pac, and Wheeler Yuta) (c) vs. Rated FTR (Cope, Cash Wheeler, and Dax Harwood).

If any title changes hands, this will be the one. Dax is showing some unhappiness. He wants the tag titles, not the Trios belts. So, imagine his frustration if Rated FTR wins the belt. Talk about mixed emotions. Mixed emotions lead to good stories.

Winners and NEW AEW Trios Champions: Rated FTR (Cope, Wheeler & Harwood).

Title versus Mask – ROH World Championship
Chris Jericho (title) vs. Bandido (mask).

Jericho has been the ROH Champion way too long. Bandido is up against the wall and either becomes the champ or loses his identity. I think Bandido will become the champ.

Winner and NEW ROH World Champion: Bandido.

AEW TNT Championship
Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Adam Cole.

Garcia has had a good run, but I just don’t see him beating Adam Cole. In a shoot, for sure, but a wrestling match, it’s all about wrestling’s favorite Devil. Adam Cole wins.

Winner and NEW AEW TNT Champion: Adam Cole.

AEW World Tag Team Championship
The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) (c) (with MVP) vs. The Learning Tree (Big Bill and Bryan Keith).

The only way that those belts are switching hands is if MJF gets involved and helps out Big Bill and Bryan Keith. Or, what if The Learning Tree looks to be ready to win and MJF saves the match and belts for Lashley and Shelton? That actually sounds like a development for a good story. Let’s run with it. MJF interferes and saves The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and Shelton retain.

Winners and STILL AEW World Tag Team Champions: The Hurt Syndicate.

Men’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match
Will Ospreay vs. Kevin Knight.

Is Knight aligned with The Callis Family? Look for interference and shenanigans. Cheaters never win, but this night, they will.

Winner: Kevin Knight.

Women’s Owen Hart Cup Quarterfinal Match
Mercedes Moné vs. Julia Hart.

Do we even have to ask? The one-time BOSS and current CEO will not be losing here. Mercedes with the win.

Winner: Mercedes Moné.

Men’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match
Kyle Fletcher vs. Mark Briscoe.

When was the last time that Mark Briscoe won a singles match in AEW or ROH? He won’t be winning this one either.

Winner: Kyle Fletcher.

And there you go with my predictions. What are yours? Let me know in the comments, along with any questions, thoughts, or other stuff. Thanks for reading. If any new matches are added to the show and I catch it in time, I’ll come add them here. No promises though. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe to the site. And I guess that’s all for now. I’ll see you on the other side.
