Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

What is the worst wrestling storyline or match you have ever seen?

So many come to mind, but one that stands out above all was Vince McMahon and Shane versus HBK and God! Yeah, Vince challenging God. It was stupid, and offensive, and has not gotten better over time. What the hell was Vince thinking? I think that would be at the top of the list.

FTR turned on Adam Copeland, aka Cope. Thoughts?

Good! Now, FTR can work as heels, focus on the tag team titles, and be the team they’re meant to be. Plus, this gives Cope a reason to bury the hatchet and reunite with Christian Cage, as he will be needing a partner, thus allowing us a great, classic tag team match.

What are your thoughts on the return of The Young Bucks and helping Moxley retain his title against Swerve Strickland?

It makes no sense at all and does nothing for me. All logic and good storytelling, which has been strongly lacking anyhow, is tossed out the window. But it’s AEW and Tony-booking, so I’m not surprised.

After AEW Dynasty went off the air, Swerve made a speech to the live audience, which he ended by saying, “F**k Booker T!”. Thoughts?

What’s the old saying about writing checks that you can’t cash? Booker is playing it off and taking it as seriously as it deserves, which is not at all, but Swerve needs to think before he speaks. It was disrespectful and he should know better.

Would you ever want to cross Brock Lesnar in a real-life situation?

I’d gladly buy him a beer and talk to the Beast, but if he’s in a bad mood, I’m not going near him. The only way I’m going near Brock in a real-life situation is if he’s in a good mood and we’re on good terms. Otherwise, I’ll pass.

Do you have any thoughts on the recent Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton interview segment where they went off-script?

Tiffany gave a receipt, Charlotte was flustered, and the whole segment was disturbing. And strangely enough, I’m more interested in their match at WrestleMania now than I was before. So, weirdly, it worked.

What are your thoughts on Kevin Owens pulling out of Wrestlemania 41, and who may Randy Orton face instead?

It sucks for Kevin. Here’s to a speedy recovery and an eventual return to WWE. As for who should face Randy in Kevin’s place, my choice would be Nick Aldis. He owes Randy a receipt for that RKO after all.

Recast the TV series Laverne & Shirley, but use wrestlers instead.

If I were to switch the cast of this classic TV show with wrestlers, I’d do as following. Laverne and Shirley would be Bayley & Liv Morgan. Lenny & Squiggy would be Dominik Mysterio and Carlito. And Carmine? That would be Fandango.

Bron Breakker defends the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania against 3 opponents, Penta, Dominik Mysterio, and Finn Balor. Thoughts?

I’ll be a good match that gets everyone currently involved in the Intercontinental title scene, plus plays on the dissent in Judgment Day. It’ll be a good match.
