Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.
Who do you see taking the title off the self-proclaimed last real champion, John Cena?
The natural choice would be Cody Rhodes. If not Cody, then CM Punk would be the most likely suspect.
Do you think Alexa Bliss will make a major impact in the Money in the Bank match? Or is she still finding her footing after her two-year break?
Bliss hasn’t shown any signs of ring rust thus far, and she’s getting great reactions from the fans. Alexa is already scheduled to be one of the participants in Money in the Bank, and the Wyatt Sicks rumors are still strong. Alexa is surely back to make a strong impact.
The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, MVP, and MJF) versus The Nation of Domination (The Rock, D-Lo Brown, The Godfather, and Owen Hart). Who wins?
What a conflict this would be. Great match with some great characters. As for who wins, can you smell what I’m cooking? It’s the Nation of Domination that will be taking that trip to the pay window.
What are your thoughts on Nikkita Lyons?
How does this woman have a job in WWE? She’s fair in the ring, but look at her. Her whole presentation is so cartoonish, and her in-ring skills are questionable. She would fit right at home in AEW or the ’80s WWF, but how she’s managed to stay on the current NXT roster for so long as she has, I have no idea.
Two-out-of-three-falls: Nick Bockwinkle versus Wildfire Tommy Rich. Who wins?
Rich was popular with the fans and had an explosive style, but against the multiple-time AWA World Champion, he’d be outclassed at every step. Bockwinkle wins, two falls to one.
Who was the best manager of these four? Sherri Martel, Miss Elizabeth, Terri Runnels, and Sunny.
Of the four women listed, it’s Sherri Martel, and it’s not even close.
Push One, Fire One, Create a Tag Team, and Leave One Alone: Jey Uso, Sammy Guevara, Hook, Barry Windham, and Mike Awesome.
I’d fire Hook, push Mike Awesome, put Sammy and Jey together as a tag team, and leave Barry alone.
With John Cena on his farewell tour, who’s the one opponent he’s never faced that has to happen before it’s over?
Cena has fought nearly everyone who matters at some point, so picking a new opponent with a clean record against Cena is hard. Or is it? I believe I know the perfect person. Say his name, and he appears. WWE Champion John Cena versus TNA Champion Joe Hendry. It needs to happen.
