Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

What if CM Punk brings back the Straight Edge Society with Aleister Black & Rhea Ripley?

I didn’t even know that Black and Rhea are straight-edge. All three have their own things going on and don’t need to form any alliance or faction. They’re quite okay as solo stars.

Yes or no? Dominik Mysterio will win the WWE World Championship in 2026.

If the TNA, AAA, and NXT Championships are all included in the equation, then I would say yes. But the WWE or World Championship? It would be another Jey Uso experiment, and honestly, Dom doesn’t need the belts to get over.

JRod, the former OVW Women’s Champion, and Kamille, the former NWA Women’s Champion, have both been announced as American Gladiators. Thoughts?

Two talented wrestling stars join the Miz on a reality TV show. No complaints here, but I suspect that even though she’s not being used, Kamille’s boss at AEW might not like the association with Miz. We’ll just have to watch and see.

Aaron Solo versus Solo Sikoa. Who wins?

A in the chats for Aaron, but this match is way too predictable. Solo is used as a jobber in AEW. Sikoa was the Tribal Chief for a while and has beaten John Cena. One good spike and Aaron is going down. Solo Sikoa wins.

Wardlow has been announced for American Gladiators. Thoughts?

Look at what I said about Kamille. Now double that for Wardlow. Well, AEW hasn’t used him in forever, and he’ll make a great American Gladiator unless his current boss intercedes. I’m looking forward to this show, as much for the drama backstage as the on-camera antics.

Which faction will we see reunited in WWE first? The Shield or 3MB?

From what I understand, there is personal friction between Moxley and Triple H, so a return and a Shield reunion don’t seem likely. But I recently saw Heath Slater and he’s jacked and looking great. So is Jinder Mahal. And the thought of Drew McIntyre needing some help and calling in some old friends for a match isn’t too far-fetched.

Allegedly, Luchasaurus, aka Killswitch, has been cleared and ready to return for several months, but AEW has no plans in place for him. Thoughts?

It’s AEW and Tony Khan. Need I say more?

What is the first live wrestling match you remember seeing?

I was going to live matches and shows when I was 4-5 years old, so remembering the first is nearly impossible. But, I do remember one match that stood out that I saw. I was probably 7 years old, and at the Dorton Arena in Raleigh, NC, I was there with my oldest brother, Steve. One of the matches was Mighty Igor versus Brute Bernard. I can’t even remember how the match ended, but both Igor and Brute were two wrestlers, characters, that once you’ve seen live, you never forget.

Eric Bischoff recently commented that he thinks that Matt Riddle will eventually end up back in WWE at some point. Is Eric right?

Most likely, Eric is right. Riddle is annoying, but he’s still young, talented as a wrestler, and charismatic. I can easily see WWE bringing him back at some point.

Mr. Iguana versus Luchasaurus. Who wins?

Iguana is the new reptile on the block, but Luchasaurus is allegedly thousands of years old. My bet would be on the old dinosaur over the lizard kid. Luchasaurus wins.
