Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

What is one thing that Vince McMahon could teach Tony Khan about running a wrestling company?

How to book stories and create characters that make people take interest.

What is one thing that Tony Khan could teach Vince McMahon about running a wrestling company?

How to make people sign NDAs and stick to them.

Mr. Iguana versus Santino Marella w/ guest referee Mick Foley. Who wins?

Mr. Socko overseeing a fight between an Iguana and a Cobra. I guess Little Jimmy would be the ring announcer too. This would be fun, albeit stupid. It sounds like an AEW main event, but add blood and a run-in by Marko Stunt and Hornswoggle. The winner? The fans, of course. And Santino.

Would you like to see AJ Styles as the Intercontinental Champion?

I have no problems with that. AJ is a damn good wrestler. I just hope that, if it does happen, there is a reason such as maybe interference by Finn Balor backfiring. Not so much a clean win, but something that helps push a story.

After Liv Morgan’s injury, a scheduled promo by Nikki Bella was scrapped on RAW. Was WWE right to pull Nikki’s promo, or should they have let her speak? What do you think Nikki was going to say?

Pulling Nikki’s promo was probably for the best. WWE doesn’t know what direction this will all be heading now and needs to regroup. Nikki can make it up later on SmackDown or next week on RAW. It was a split-second decision and probably the best one under the circumstances.

With Liv Morgan out for at least four months, what should WWE do about the Women’s Tag Team Championship? Should Raquel and Liv be stripped of the titles, or should Raquel be able to pick a new partner to take Liv’s spot?

When Jade was out, they let Nikki take her spot and defend the title. Just replace Liv with Roxanne Perez in the stories, showing some Judgment Day unity, and take it from there.

Diamante has called out TNA for using her name, which is trademarked, in referring to Tessa Blanchard. Thoughts?

This has an easy fix. Diamante, who was recently released from AEW and is now a free agent, come out on Impact, calling out Tessa for this abuse of her name. And we get a match. Everybody wins.

Do you think Britt Baker should leave AEW and join WWE?

I don’t know how much longer Britt is under contract to AEW, but if she were to become a free agent, WWE and she should have a conversation. I think she’d work better in TNA, given her reputation for allegedly being difficult. Use TNA as a probation period, and if that works out, WWE could be next.

Both Zoey Stark and Liv Morgan have been seriously injured in matches against Kairi Sane. Is Sane to blame, or is it just bad luck and nobody’s fault?

I will give Kairi the blame for the Zoey Stark injury. She wasn’t in place when Zoey came off the ropes and Stark was injured trying to adjust. The injury with Liv was just one of those freak things. It’s nobody’s fault.

Be real. Did you pop when you heard Goldberg’s music hit?

I didn’t, but I had already read the recap of the show. My internet was out and I didn’t get to watch RAW until nearly 5:00 am this morning. So, I knew what was coming. The live crowd popped huge though and the reaction was great. But let’s be honest. Any big star from the past could have come out and would have gotten a great reaction once the crowd caught on. The WWE audience has been well-trained.

And there you go. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and questions are welcome and appreciated. Reach me by e-mail at Doug28352@yahoo.com or on X at @Doug28352.
