Coming up on Saturday afternoon, live from Saudi Arabia, WWE is taking the blood money and presenting WWE Night of Champions. It’ll be live on Peacock and under the threat of war. Well, we should have some good fireworks or bombs from Iran. One or the other. Are you ready for some predictions? Let’s do this.

Sami Zayn vs Karrion Kross.

This is Karrion Kross’s first PLE match since he wrestled Drew McIntyre at WWE Crown Jewel 2022. Wow! That is quite the break. And now, he’s back and fighting Sami Zayn. This should be a good match. Sami has lost quite a few matches lately, but he seems to be made of Teflon. Kross needs a win or the entire Karrion Kross experiment is over before it’s even started. I’m picking Kross to cheat and steal a win.

Winner: Karrion Kross.

Street Fight
Rhea Ripley vs Raquel Rodriguez.

This should be a good fight and should go a long way towards building Raquel as a tough woman and future singles star. The fight will be fun, but the outcome will never be in doubt. Mami is always on top.

Winner: Rhea Ripley.

United States Championship
Jacob Fatu vs Solo Sikoa.

Fatu doesn’t love Solo anymore. This should be an excellent match/brawl. And I think the deciding factor will be JC Mateo. He hasn’t been much of a factor as of yet since his debut, but here is where I think he’ll end up paying off. We’re going to see a new United States Champion.

Winner and NEW WWE United States Champion: Solo Sikoa.

Queen of the Ring Final
Asuka vs Jade Cargill.

I want Asuka to win. Asuka is by far, the better wrestler and far more over than Jade. But this is WWE and Jade is their shiny new toy. And besides, Asuka is already the Empress of Tomorrow. She doesn’t need a new crown.

Winner and NEW WWE Queen of the Ring: Jade Cargill.

King of the Ring Final
Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes.

This one is tough. Do we get Randy and a potential Orton versus Cena rematch? Or does Cody finally get his rematch at SummerSlam and attempt to get his belt back? And what if Punk beats Cena? The possibilities are endless. And if Cody doesn’t win, does he turn heel? I can see a fun future ahead regardless of who wins. I just checked and Randy has never been WWE King of the Ring. My guess is, his time is now.

Winner and NEW WWE King of the Ring: Randy Orton.

Undisputed WWE Championship
John Cena vs CM Punk.

And here is the main event. We all know that Punk didn’t want to go to Saudi Arabia. I’m sure he’s really not happy about it now. This is the first singles match between Punk and Cena in eleven years. It should hopefully be a damn good match. Part of me expects Cena to hold the WWE title up until his retirement, but to blow past and bury the criticism that WWE is getting for this event, I can see a title switch happening. This one really can go either way. It would truly shock the world. I think we’re getting a new champion.

Winner and NEW WWE Undisputed Champion: CM Punk.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome. What are your predictions for this event? Should WWE even be doing this show? Let me know what you think. And with that, I’m out of here. Take care, my friends. Be sure to keep the WWE talent in Saudi Arabia in your prayers for a safe and speedy return. And that is all the people need to know. Take care.
